  I Really enjoyed my stay the room was very clean and the staff was nice and professional at all times...I would recommend Embassy Suites to anyone looking for a nice clean hotel stay. Overall I loved it

  Nice stay

  I stayed here for 4 nights in early March before the virus hit. The staff was pretty nice. The renovations appear complete (I stay here for work every March). The rooms are big and the location is great for my meetings and for the airport. A good place to stay.

  Not up to the standards of a Hilton hotel. Stay elsewhere

  I stayed here in early October 2020. I am a frequent visitor to the Alexandria area and thought it would be nice to try to a new hotel. The pictures online made it appear clean, up to date, and similar to other Embassy Suites I have reserved. I am a Hilton Lifetime Diamond member which means I have racked up experiences all over the country and the world. My experience here has been nothing short of disappointing and several CSRs as well as housekeeping have been unprofessional, unfriendly, and lax in their responsibilities. My arrival was on a Thursday and a few hours into my stay, I requested towels and toilet paper (the roll they left was 80% gone). I did not receive these items until Saturday when I again reminded them of my request and pointed out my status which helped me receive assistance immediately. The groups staying here are so loud that I can hear them clear as day on the 8th floor. When I requested that the manager speak to them, he either did not do so or did not follow up on their continued disturbance. Additionally, since housekeeping isn't a part of a standard stay thanks to COVID, I placed my trash outside my door as the housekeeper was moving through my hallway. She passed by it 3 days in a row. I finally found a place to dispose of it, but as I am not an employee of this hotel, this seems extreme. The icing on the cake for me is that my shower does not drain, the faucet runs hot even when only the cold water is on, and my fridge stopped cooling. I asked the front desk if they could possibly supply me with a new fridge and the manager ignored my request. I have over $20 worth of groceries that have likely gone bad. In general, I try to look for the positive in each of my hotel experiences, but I would NEVER stay here again nor would I recommend this location to anyone else. There are plenty of other Hilton properties in the area and I would recommend lodging at a different Hilton property.

  Great Stay!

  I stayed one night at the hotel. Easy check-in the room was very clean. The renovations were very nice. The bed was very comfortable. I would recommend this property with its close proximity to DCA & Reagan National Airport.

  Rundown, dirty, and loud

  Hotel was dirty, first elevator had a chocolate covered strawberry on the floor, it was there the entire stay. The carpets were dirty to include the one in our room, there was a gummy fruit on the floor. One of the TVs only had sound no picture, the sink in the bar did not work, the entire faucet in the bathroom was loose. The icing on the cake was being awoken at 345 in the morning by an all out party in the room next door. Not cool when you have a five year old trying to sleep and you can hear the people in the next room cursing and carrying on. Called the front desk several times. The only compensation was 40 dollars off for one night of parking. We didn't want to move for the faucet and TV, and didn't want to move at 345 in the morning. Simply can't recommend this hotel.
