  muy confortable

  Hotel amplia con gimnasio picina, muy cómodo para estar, las habitaciones amplias y muy bien aseadas, de lo mejor , una relación calidad precio justa, ubicación muy buena y con excelente vista al resto de l ciudad así como de Cincinnati

  Cómodo y muy bien ubicado

  El lugar es muy bonito y las Suites muy cómodas. La ubicación es muy buena, se puede salir caminando y cruzar el puente hacia el centro de Cincinnati que está muy bien. La comida es sabrosa aunque falta un poco de comida más saludable.

  Beautiful views!

  We stayed here at the beginning of November for 5 nights. The room was very nice with beautiful views of the Cincinnati skyline and river. Because if COVID, the hotel is just not exciting. Bar is closed, boring breakfast in a paper bag, limited staff at all times. Obviously they're taking the right precautions to keep everyone safe from COVID. I'm sure it will be better when this pandemic goes away. In the meantime, it's average. When we arrived in our room, their was not an extra bedding bag for the pull-out couch. When I opened the couch, their was an old, stained sheet still on the mattress (yuck!). I notified the front desk and they were very apologetic. They sent up a clean bed pack right away. I think I would visit this hotel again in the non-pandemic future. Otherwise, it's good for its views!

  I LOVE this hotel! First off, it sucks the bar was closed for Covid cause it looked AWESOME! I love the app lets you pick your room. We got 7th floor overlooking the Ohio River. Due to the hotel honoring Covid regulations, their gift shop is very limited, so they hand out drink tickets for the night. They validate your parking so you don't pay more than the $10 a night parking fee. I enjoy the fact the parking is under the hotel so that you never have to deal with rain or snow when moving your stuff in and out of the hotel. The room is huge for the cost. There is a front living area with a giant screen tv. There is the mini fridge, and microwave. There are so many mirrors, including their own full length mirror. I did appreciate there being a door between the front sitting room and the bedroom. The bed was ultra comfy. The tv in there was nice. There was enough room between the bed and the window that in the morning we moved the chairs there so we could drink coffee or hot chocolate and look at the barges going back and forth on the river. We handed in the drink tickets and I got a canned wine. The front desk attendants told me to let them know how it was as they had never had it before. The next morning I told them it was gross. They told me if the next one was gross, to come back down and they would give me another choice. Another attendant told me to add Sprite and it would be better and gave me a free can of Sprite, that should have cost a drink ticket. She was correct. They did NOT have to care what I said, but they seemed to truly enjoy interacting with people at their job. We did ask for more towels and we got them faster than we thought possible. We will use this hotel again when we revisit Cincinnati

  Family Stay

  The rooms are DISGUSTING.. carpet badly stained, linens soiled, ventilation covered in dust, bathtub rusted/dirty, wall paper pilling, customer service HAS NO CARE in it! Laissez-faire attitude about my concerns... I was told that housekeeping would not come into my room to address my cleanliness concerns due to COVID. So I had to shower in filthy, rusty TUB and I was in a premium suite!!! If the rating gave a 0 option my rating would be a -1!!! I will say Theresa was a lot more pleasant then her boss... NEVER STAY here!!!
