  Covid19 sanitation standards are not observed here

  1) The room I was assigned had dirty wet towels sitting just outside the door and the sealed sticker was hastily put back to make it look like the room was clean. Clearly not only was the room NOT cleaned, but it had not been sanitized and left vacant for the Hilton promise of 72 hours 2) Hardboiled eggs are in every breakfast Togo box. People eat in their rooms and leave the garbage in the hall waste baskets. The wastebaskets appear not to be emptied more than maybe once a day. They are overflowing with garbage...and smell of rotting eggs.

  Nice clean rooms.

  We stayed one night while driving through and were very happy with our stay. The room was large and very comfortable. The morning breakfast could have been a little better, but with Covid, we understood. Thanks for a great night sleep.

  Clean, quiet stay during COVID

  We've come here a few times to stay, as we have family in the area. During all our visits, we were provided with excellent customer service and clean rooms. We swam in the pool once. Because of COVID, you have to sign up for a time, but you get the entire pool to yourselves. They just started opening the attached restaurant to provide take out, and that was a nice plus. Breakfast is provided in pre-made boxes which was convenient. Right down the road is Summit Park, an awesome place where we take our child each time we come to visit. I feel safe staying here, and this will continue to be our hotel of choice when in the Cincinnati area. **Wish we would have gotten her name, but we typically stay on Friday or Saturday nights and the front desk agent is always a pleasure getting us checked in. I really only remember that she has blonde hair. Anyways, she always wears her mask, and addresses any questions/concerns we have right away.

  Excellent Treatment and Stay

  Extremely personable and accommodating associates. This was our first stay at this location, and it was perfect. Demarco at the front desk was personable, excellent listing skills, and accommodating. The hotel empowers its associates and Demarco placed my wife and I in the perfect room so both of us got an excellent night sleep. In the morning the front desk associate Susan was also very friendly and accommodating. Everyone (which was on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day) was friendly, personable, and accommodating during our Holiday stay. Great location, attractive outside, and spacious inside makes it so comfortable staying away from home. We will stay again, definitely.

  Not clean, or taken care of

  Our stay was terrible. We checked into room 315 first and the bed was broken. The second room was 316, Opening the door to the room, I was overwhelmed by the smelled of marijuana. I thought when we got to 416 all was well. Dirty towels, blankets and sheets. Stained sofa pullout mattress. Only One towel in the room. Something growing in the fridge and a gross stain in the bathtub. The manager wouldnt allow a pool reservation by phone which is fine but she was very rude about it. Breakfast didnt start until 7:30 and we had two people leaving before that who planned to eat at the hotel. The breakfast was a terrible boxed sandwich. The restaurant wasnt opened at all during our stay. I wouldve left if I hadnt moved my stuff three times already. This was disgusting.
