4 Elements Restaurant and BarHow do I even start, I am shocked and lost for words at this hidden gem Tucson has to offer. I knew the food was going to be good, but I honestly didnt think Id enjoy this restaurant as much as I did. The food is just amazing, you can tell it was made with all fresh ingredients and most importantly much love. The bartender Jill was very pleasant, friendly, smiling the whole time and giving amazing service even through a busy reception time. We started off with the honey sriracha wings which were on point, they were so good gone before we knew it and we even forgot to get a picture of them. Next we ordered the short rib tacos which were delicious and full of flavor, you can just tell everything was so fresh. We also had to try the Southwest butter steak, a 12 oz New York steak topped with crispy onions and chili butter with grilled asparagus in chipotle butter, let me just say words cannot describe how incredible it was. I order my steaks medium rare which I find is hard to get at some restaurants but this one was cooked to perfection. Even after all of that we just couldnt help ourselves and had to order the cheesecake chimichanga, the chief takes fresh cheesecake rolled in a tortilla lightly fries it drizzled it with dark chocolate and a tri-berry sauce and tops it with whip cream and a little bit of mint OMG it was a piece of art. It had the perfect crispy outside with a creamy soft center and the sauce was so heavenly and placed so beautifully on the plate. The service all night from Jill was just as phenomenal as the food. One of the best parts of the whole night was that chef Knott brought out our dessert and made our experience so personable, we were able to have a quick chat finding out that he accommodates all dietary needs, our family usually has a vegan diet but we had a little cheat weekend for Valentines Day and couldnt of picked a better place to come. Now knowing that he accommodates everything we will definitely be back to try a vegan meal. We had such a great night we were there from 5:40pm to close and we just want to give much thanks and gratitude to chef Knott and Jill for contributing to us having such an amazing time and evening at the 4 Elements restaurant and bar. Go check out the chefs Instagram and see how amazing his food looks, it really comes out just like the pictures. Chef Richard Knott

Nice hotelI wasnt sure what to expect after the night before at a hotel that wasnt as great but this hotel is amazing. Only reason Im not giving it five stars is because the restaurant is not open and we wanted to eat in. The hotel lobby store with snacks is cute and well stocked. Hand sanitizer is provided and theres quite a bit of parking. Check in was easy. Finding our way to the elevator serving our section was a little challenging since there are other elevators before we reached ours. But a hotel staff member helped us as we were standing there looking perplexed. They were all friendly and welcoming which was nice. Even on the phone when I inquired about breakfast. The suite was luxurious. Quite a large sitting - dining area and a large bathroom with a separate vanity sink and well lighted mirror for making up. Large stall shower and separate section for the commode with an exhaust fan. And a balcony with two chairs and a table. The remote controls for the two TVs were sanitized beforehand and they provided a cleaning wipe as well. Hair dryer and towels. Ironing board and iron. Large clothes hanging area and a bag assistant. There were coffee and tea fixins and a little fridge. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were average. He stays in a lot of hotels and he said the bed was comfortable. The hotel restaurant is only open Thursday to Saturday but there is happy hour so you have to ask when that is as they were open on a Wednesday for that. The pool was heated which was nice. And there was a hot tub. I couldnt find the switch for the Jets but it was still nice. And it looks like theres an outdoor fireplace for non-pandemic times. You need wristbands and pool towels from the front desk for the pool. And you have to sign a waiver which also says you wont run around and cough on people. The restroom in the pool area is not open. There is also a handicapped seat to swing people into the pool or hot tub. The hotel has a hot and cold breakfast in to go containers. Scrambled eggs and potatoes and our morning was sausage links as protein. They also had French toast and cereal and other items. Separate tables for coffee and tea fixins, and utensils and napkins. Its nice the way the hotel is laid out as it makes it seem less crowded. And its nice to look down on the pool area. I definitely recommend this hotel.
