  Great place to stay but......

  El hotel, ubicación, instalaciones son muy buenas. Y por la categoría del hotel no es de esperar menos. El mismo vale la pena para ir siempre y cuando mejoren los siguientes aspectos. 1.- Area de desayuno ( se forma fila larga, nunca lo vi en un hotel de esta categoría) debido a que esta mal diseñado. 2.- Cobran por el parking. Es inaudito en un hotel de esta categoría. 3.-A las habitaciones le falta la opción de platos y cubiertos. En general el staff del hotel es genial y bien predispuesto.

  Great week long stay

  I stayed here for a week with my husband and kids. The rooms were great but lacked drawer space. We ended up leaving a lot of clothes in our suitcases because we didn't have anywhere to put them. Good thing was there was a lot of space to keep the suitcases out of the way. Complimentary breakfast was good but nothing to brag about. I wish they had bread for toast. Pool area was awesome. Lots of chairs and tables so finding a spot was never an issue. I love looking at the ocean while sitting poolside. The Cantina bar was very convenient and the staff was very attentive at bringing drinks and food. They had pool toys for the kids which kept them occupied for hours with no issue. The staff around the pool did an excellent job at keeping chairs neat and ready. Happy Hour at the Rhum Bar was great. Complimentary drinks, snacks, and the bartenders were top notch. Other reviews mentioned the resort fee and the valet fee. If you book directly through Hilton, the price includes the resort fee and there is no surprise there. I would prefer to have a self parking option but in lieu of that, the valet service was excellent and to be honest, I was loving it after just a day or two. Overall, a wonderful choice to stay and relax and I would definitely come back again.

  A Very Nice Hotel Right on the Beach

  This hotel provided a very nice respite from the cold NY winter. The room was very spacious and tidy. All of the staff members were very pleasant and helpful. As a resort they provided amenities such as beach chairs and I have to say the pool was much bigger than I imagined through the photos.

  Our Stay at Embassy Suites

  Best Hotel in St Augustine. Directly on the Beach. We Would like to Thank Abraham for being so very nice, he definitely goes out of his way to make sure you enjoy your trip. He had the best attitude and a great personality. Cant wait to book our next trip in a couple of months. See you soon Abraham!

  Beautiful week in st augustine

  The resort is beautiful. The Staff is fantastic. The outdoor manager Abraham went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having a great time and didn't go without needing anything. He brought around water on the hot days and was very hands on with helping his staff. Blake (last name) was a fantastic employee also making sure that your day by the pool started out great . Rooms were very nice, ocean view is totally worth it. Cons : the additional $22 resort fee per day, they put valet parking on our bill when we didn't use it and parked on the street (it was removed-but watch for it if you don't use it). The resort said we could bring drinks to the pool instead of having to go to the bar everytime for a drink (which we did order food and drinks from them previously and after anyways) and one of the bartenders complained to two different people and made it pretty obvious that she wasn't happy about it. The management staff was great in this matter however. Overall, a lot within walking distance, staff was great, rooms were clean, and the ocean was beautiful.
