  Long Weekend getaway

  My wife and i stayed in a king premium the fourth floor and it was very nice. the room was very clean and comfortable. We loved the seal on the room door that identified it had been sanitized. We used the pool every day and never saw anyone else in it while we were there. The breakfast buffet was the best i have ever had the same for the the evening happy hour. The location was ideal. I rode my bicycle to the state park a few times. The city of Saratoga was also a pleasant surprise with almost everyone wearing masks and social distancing We even found the Stromolites it was a wonderful trip

  Lovely getaway

  Beautiful clean hotel with COVID-19 accommodations in place. Hotel was extremely clean. Bar in the lobby was a great point of relaxation. Met some really cool people.. Chris at the front desk was super helpful. Definitely would recommend coming back

  Great hotel!

  This was a great hotel for the price we paid. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was included and very good, although definitely scaled down from a typical Embassy Suites breakfast, but Im assuming thats due to Covid. We enjoyed the restaurant and bar downstairs. Kids used the pool, just make sure you make a reservation for it ahead of time. I would definitely stay there again.

  Fabulous Hotel and Staff

  When your travels bring you to the Saratoga Springs area this is a MUST stay hotel. The hotel is amazing, team members awesome, the morning Manager I met at check out was so nice and friendly. This is the type of hotel that makes you feel at home after a long days travel. Nice and cozy. I stayed in room 229 and although not the best of views the room was very clean, sanitized and spacious. Thank You Embassy Suites. I will be back!

  Bad Customer Service

  My Father and I checked into this hotel and n room 635 for a great stay. The bathroom was dirty with hairs on the walls on the toilet bowl and dust and dirt as well. Our shade in the bed room was not working properly, no trash bags in cans. This room was considered clean and clearly was not . The beds were very uncomfortable witch gave my father and I a bad nights sleep. The front desk staff were rude no one ever greeted me and kept me waiting for 10 minutes . I understand stand making reservations on the phone is a very important task but I should have been told we will be with shortly then afterwards no apology for keeping me waiting . Every staff I passed did not seam friendly at all. The bar tender was the only one that I though was very pleasant. Im a Hilton gold member and have never had this bad experience in a Hilton brand hotel before. I probably will not be coming back. Im just so disappointed with the service.
