Embassy 420Unless you want to be in the middle of a party, dont stay at this hotel. You sign a non party agreement when you check in, limiting guests to a room and you cannot bring in party trays. That was no problem for us as we checked in so my daughter could have time to study for mid terms. As soon as we got in the elevator, there were people brining in trays of food. The elevator and hallways smelled of marijuana and cigarette smoke. Small children yelling and running up and down the hallways. People hanging out in the hallways and tapping on the railings. It didnt quiet down until after midnight. When I talked to the front desk, they said it was like this on the weekends. Locals check in to enjoy the pool and reception hour. Needless to say, the rooms are in so disrepair. There was holes in the ceiling, stains on the carpet, it was just filthy. Embassy Suites is usually my first choice, but this one is definitely below a Hilton standard, yes they are renovating it, but they need to have more security to control what is going on in their hotel.

Never againThe room was outdated, smelly, and dirty. The door handle was broken, the bath tube clogged, the AC broken. DO NOT attempt to have dinner at the TASTE. You will never taste anything because a $23 burger takes more than 40 minutes.

Terrible serviceI've stayed at Embassy Suites almost exclusively my entire life. It's always been amazing, but this one was so out of my normal experience. First off, when we got to our room, we dumped our stuff, freshened up, and went to leave the room and the inside door handle broke off. We called the front desk from the phone in the room and explained, and they sent a guy to fix it. Took a minute for the guy to get there, but he was kind and prompt. Later on, we attempted to call the front desk to ask why our heater was blowing cold air. We used the phone in the room and no one ever answered, but when we used my cell phone to call, it was answered after a few rings. She explained that to get our room warm we had to turn off the heater since they hadn't switched it to heat yet. The room was already cold so switching off the heater didn't change much. So we decided to call down for some extra blankets. Again, no one answered when we called from the phone in the room, but when we used my cell, it was almost immediate. However, we never even received the extra blankets. I find it appalling that we paid for a room and yet had to use our personal phones to get service. It almost seemed like they were ignoring in-hotel calls but if someone was calling to potentially spend more money they hadn't already, then staff was more than happy to answer. To top it off, when we booked the room it was $150 but my boyfriend was charged $180. Never staying here again, clearly should have checked the reviews before booking but I've never been at a bad embassy suites. Other notes: -no info in the room. there's normally a binder with phone numbers, breakfast times, how to work heater and things, etc, but it wasn't there which is why we called for the heater. We also missed the continental breakfast despite being downstairs around 9:30, we knew it was prepackaged bags but didn't see anything and the times weren't posted anywhere in the room. So that kinda sucked. Got upcharged for the room and didn't even get breakfast or extra blankets. -kinda noisy, sounded like preteens maybe running around playing loud music from their phones. definitely audible in the lobby. less audible in our room, but still could hear it. GOOD things: -the shower was nice and we LOVED whatever soap they had in there -there were 3 sinks, one in the bathroom, one in the common area with the coffee, and one in our bedroom. didn't need nearly that many but that was pretty cool. -i didn't try the in-room coffee but my boyfriend said it was pretty good. -whole hotel seemed pretty empty, no waits for elevators or anything.

Hotel stay for market weejHotel was clean and well appointed but due to Covid no room service or breakfast. The pipes acted up my last day but the rooms were otherwise nice. Also no answers the phones when you call for food or assistance.
