  Falta de atencion al servicio

  Tube problemas con mi habitacion (Reservamos una habitacion para 2 personas y solo nos dieron una cama) y siendo miembro Gold de Hilton Honnors, no tuve solucion a mi problema. El hotel no me ofrecio soluciones ni alternativas para solucionar mi problema. Tuve que estar 4 noches sin ningun pronunciamiento ni resarcimiento por parte del hotel.

  Great Hotel with some flaws.

  We stayed for NYE to get out of the house. While there were no amenities which we knew about before hand we still very much enjoyed the hotel. Hilton has basically made it so that you do not have to interact with anyone if that is what you want. We actually like that, being able to get into the room with the digital key is a huge plus. The bed was beyond comfortable, with excellent pillows as well. There are a few flaw, we stay at Hilton branded hotels often so we have come to expect the same thing. The towels here were thin and seemed very old, not the quality we expected. Also most of the hotels have soap/shampoo dispensers in the shower, however this one did not. They soap given was not up to par I have got better at choice hotels before. Other than that not many complaints. We had great views from the room, if you can pick a room, get one that is a 19 it was a corner with great views. We would stay again, but I hope that they will make some small improvements.

  Great stay!

  This is our go to hotel when dropping or picking my son off at school. This visit was much better than our visit in November. Staff at front desk was much friendlier than last. And cocktail hour was easily accessible. Last time the line was so long it wasnt even worth waiting on it. I guess this is mostly because the hotel was empty - a Sunday night in January during a pandemic! Room was the cleanest ever! And we always enjoy the sitting area. Breakfast was take away Ina. Id - which was totally fine. Only drawback was the digital key- which we had trouble with. Out of the last five times we have been there, it has only worked once. Oh well. Small stuff. Excellent stay and they are back on our good side. One more thing they could use an upgrade in towels. For a Hilton property they shouldnt be paper thin!

  Nice place to stay

  This hotel usually great amenities, such as a complimentary happy hour and breakfast but due to covid restrictions these things have changed, they did have a happy hour but it had a limited menu and the snack was a bag of chips and you had to take it all back to your room. We knew these restrictions going into the trip but we sure miss the old perks of staying here. The hotel is located on the upper floors of the building which makes it unique and different than a typical hotel that has the lobby on ground level. Room was spacious and quiet. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

  Disappointed!

  Location is great. Most staff were friendly although I felt highly uncomfortable by a gentleman who offered to take our bags to our room and proceeded to stare at me behind a pillar for about 10 minutes until I got into the elevator. The valet also told us they could park our car for $32 or we could park it in the same spot for $3. The next morning we realized we still had to pay $30 to park there overnight so they were just being lazy. Our room was spacious but very dusty, bathroom shower was moldy, bathroom sink had hair all over the place and the worst of all, we had a blood stain on our sheets. Hotel staff quickly took care of it and changed the sheets but the damage was done at that point. The free breakfast is pathetic. We were offered 3 choices and the omelet we chose was the smallest, saddest thing Ive ever seen. We ended up throwing it away and going out to eat. Highly disappointed and will not be staying here again.
