  Relaxing Weekend

  Lets make this simple! Pros: 1. Nicely designed rooms. Simple luxurious feel. 2. Great location close to shopping and plenty of restaurant choices. 3. Friendly staff and though there is a breakfast line, it went quickly and we were given hardy portions. 4. Large bathroom with a great shower. 5. Friendly staff and check-in. Cons: 1. While the room was clean, it looked like someone rubbed mud on the outside of our windows? 2. Though the design is nice and I loved the shower, there is only one hook next to the shower. You could use a few more places to hang towels especially since we reused due to covid-style housekeeping. 3. The barn door design for bathroom doors is cool, but the handles were loose and theyre kind of noisy for middle-of-the-night bathroom trips. 4. You have dish network on the tv, but the only channel guide is on channel 61 and you have to sit and watch it instead of being able to navigate it. Its a smart tv maybe give us the ability to get into our own streaming services? 5. The pillows on the bed are awful. Theyre extra long, but have no extra stuffing. Put your head down and all the stuffing moves somewhere else. Do yourselves a favor and buy some my pillows. Your guests will thank you. All-in-all, it was a nice stay. Its not a luxury hotel, but on the luxury end of the chain style hotels. I liked the Holiday Inn next door a little better and will try the Cambria a block down the next time.

  The Hilton Clean Stay

  Our check in went well. We arrived to our room and started to hook up a computer at the desk, which the outlets are all located under the desk. I pulled the desk chair out to find trail mix all over the cushion. I am positive the chair was not wiped down or cleaned. The desk lamp arm was broken so when you did turn the light on it was so bright and right in your face. The hallway carpet on the fourth floor was not vacuumed before we arrived, there were small pieces of paper everywhere. For a relatively newer hotel, they could do better.

  Quick Saturday Evening Stay

  I am very familiar with the Hamilton Town Center area and have always been interested in staying at this hotel. My family was visiting for Disney on Ice in Indianapolis and decided to give it a shot. First the good stuff, pool open, Exercise area, safe breakfast experience, impressive new features of hotel. The bad, rooms were on the small side (for an embassy), hotel was super crowded and one elevator was broken or not working the entire weekend. This sadly forced long waits at the elevator with people not respecting other people privacy and space getting on well not wearing masks. My first priority if I ran this hotel ensure 3 elevators are running specifically on the weekend. I was not offended by how busy the hotel was but I was bothered by the lack of general respect people have for others. Would consider coming back post Covid but not taking the chance on having limited elevators again.

  Very bad experience.

  I stayed at this hotel 2/2/2021 to 2/4/2021. The hotel is beautiful and new and had a great bar tender. Yesterday after taking a morning COLD shower I told the front desk guy that was working. He wrote it down and seemed very unconcerned. I then went to my jobsite and came back later that afternoon and went to take another shower and yet again very COLD. I told him again and waiting around in the lobby for about 2 hours which he saw and never told me that they looked at it and fixed. I then went back upstairs and still pretty much cold still and I even tried the sink as well. So, I proceeded to take yet another COLD shower. I told him yet again and i sent 4 messages to the hotel via the Hilton app with no response. He again did not even apologize or offer anything. This morning I tried again and let the water run for about 20 min and still no hot water so i did not take a shower today. I told the girl at the front desk around 5AM and she said she would make note and tell someone when they came in. I have been diamond and stay all around the US with Hilton for almost 10 years straight. This is ridiculous at such a nice and new hotel. Not one person offered anything to make it right or get fixed. Very upset with the guy yesterday. Everyone else was very friendly at this hotel.

  Nice hotel

  We stayed two nights trying to avoid winter storms while driving across country. Room was lovely, even the towels smelled good. Bartender and restaurant were excellent. Two small complaints: the parking lot wasnt cleared of snow even though the Holiday Inn next door was, and our room had a perfect view of the ventilation system. It was a room that really shouldnt have been used unless everything else was full.
