  Great Hotel!

  This is our go to hotel when we visit family in the Milwaukee area. Great location with shopping and many restaurants surrounding the hotel. Hotel is very clean, large rooms with excellent bedding. Friendly informative staff - daily breakfast and nightly managers gathering are both not running at 100% due to COVID, but still offering a great value. Highly recommend!

  Pretty much perfect!

  If we were not living during this Covid-19 mess, this hotel could've shown their true colors! The front desk staff was always helpful, kind, and attentive. A great check in experience, and very helpful during my stay. I had to switch rooms due to the AC not cooling the room enough, and the front desk and housekeeping made it a simple change with no issues. That was my only encounter with the housekeeping staff, and the ladies I spoke to were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean (although one of the water glasses was cracked all the way through), and the linens were fresh and the bed super comfortable. I hated not having daily housekeeping to come in with fresh towels, glasses, and to restock my cups, soap, and lotion. I do love coming back to a hotel room at the end of the day, and having it all clean (damn you, Covid!). The bartenders at the happy hour (Corey and Matthew) were both amazing nice, and fun to talk to. They remembered everyones drinks, and made everyone feel at home. Breakfast was nice to actually have during this "new normal"(ugh!) times. The made to order eggs/omelets were good, as was the bacon. The pork sausage tasted horrible, but it's not the chef's fault, that type always tastes nasty. Each day they offered eggs, pancakes, potatoes, and a breakfast meat. The hotel also had packets of oatmeal, pastries, cereal, fruit, and yogurt available, as well as soda, juice, coffee and teas. The downfall's were mainly covid related issues: Tables at breakfast were too close together, they did not offer toast, bagels, or english muffins to toast to go with my eggs. The restaurant was not open for dinner, which was a negative. I would've loved to have stayed in for dinner, and have a hot meal. One major issues was that the ice machines were broken on many floors. Overall, it is a great place, clean, in a nice area, and there are stores, restaurants, a drug store, and more near the hotel. Champ's Restaurant is within walking distance.

  Excellent Stay

  Excellent stay. Super-friendly front desk. They went above an beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Excellent breakfast and evening reception. Please clean the bottom of the deep-end of the pool (yucky!)

  It was a good sale price but I would probably be better off next door or across the street. Seem like there was a lot of stains in the carpet and then water damage above the window in my room. And when I leave came in at night there's like linens laying out in the hallway and still there in the morning at 5:00 a.m.. not to mention by the back door that I was going in and out for 2 days there was garbage sitting on the heater with old food in it and a drink and I can't believe none of the staff didn't remove it or throw it out it just sat there for 2 days I was there so I don't think I'd probably go back. Not to mention the bar area is right in the middle so it was really loud with a bunch of people so it kind of like echoes so there's no room away from it cuz it's right in the center.I just tried it because I had an online deal. The staff was nice at check-in

  Relaxing Experience

  We checked in Monday the 6th. Check in was a breeze and the person at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. The pool is by reservation which is great because you have it all to yourself. Also the pool was the warmest, nicest, temperature I've ever experienced. The room was huge and spotless. There are complimentary drinks from 530 to 700 at the hotel bar. In the morning there are made to order omelettes which were delicious. Wonderful wonderful stay, we will be back!
