  el hotel es muy confortable y espacioso, tiene un bar en la terraza que está muy bien si hay buen clima. las habitaciones son estupendas, todo excelente. El desayuno también muy variado, lo recomiendo 100%

  Nice hotel, large room

  I stayed here 4 nights on business. The room was very nice, large with a large bathroom - I had a one bedroom suite. The location was convenient, with a few restaurants across the street. All in all, I would stay here again.

  Above and beyond, and the safest hotel Ive found since the pandemic began!

  Due to a cross country relocation, Ive stayed in far too many hotels since the pandemic began. This is the best hotel in every possible way, and especially these days. Im actually writing this review while still in the room to ensure I dont forget, as I havent spent time on reviews in recent years. For starters, we opted for front desk checkin instead of our preferred contactless checkin (which was offered to us through the Hilton app) because we wanted to be sure we had parked the moving truck properly. Lynn checked us in, and she went truly above and beyond to help us this evening. The premium room experience is truly fantastic, but even if it had not been, Lynns assistance alone would have prompted a 5 star review. After taking time out of her evening to personally assist us, she even called to confirm we were all set with everything we needed once we got to the (beautiful!) room. We dont even have status with this particular hotels loyalty program as we do with others, which made her actions that much more awesome. As others have described in detail here, the rooms and property are top notch and the amenities abundant. Additionally, this hotel is very focused on disinfection and taking all possible smart precautions to protect everyone from COVID-19. The guest room doors are sealed with a sticker once sanitized, which you break the first time you enter your room. The remotes have similar wraps, and info on the Hilton Cleanstay program is posted. This is the first of the hotel chains weve visited this year who appear to actually be doing all the things they state on their websites to keep guests safe. So glad we stayed here!

  Nice and modern

  Love the decor and feel of the lobby as you enter. Front Desk was super friendly and accomadating. I wasn't wowed by the premium room suites. We had a 2 room with an adjoining studio. It felt closed in with the layout. Beds and pillows were very comfortable! We had some wonderful mojitos at J Bar. We didn't have any food but loved the feel and modern decor there! Pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable. The outdoor area looked so fun for summer visits. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Had a delicious pizza from Minsky's across the street. They delivered it to our room for free. Used Grubhub while there as well and it took over an hour, food was cold and order was wrong. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would stay there again

  Lack of mask enforcement

  I like this hotel and will stay again but Im extremely disappointed in the lack of mask enforcement. There was a group there that blatantly disregarded the mask mandate. They were running around the hotel (kids and adults) with no masks (in front of staff). I certainly wont stay here until the pandemic is over.
