    Buen hotel, gran desayuno, buen servicio, cerca del Aeropuerto

    Estuvimos con miu familia solo una noche pero en esa noche pudimos disfrutar el hotel. De 1730 a 1900 habia tragos gratis y algunos snacks. El servicio del CKIN fue muy bueno. Las habitaciones estaban muy bien. Otra cosa muy buena fue el desayuno, tenia de todo! Es un hotel al cual volveria si estoy de paso en DFW. Como el vuelo era a la noche dejamos las maletas en un storage. Recomendable

    Mega enamorada del lugar

    Excelente ubicacion cerca para todo, la comodidad de la habitacion igual..los de front desk con excelente servicio. Sin duda me quedaria en el mismo lugar unany otra vez. Con parqueo seguro y ambientacion del hotel muy bueno

    Dont Do It!

    This is definitely a situation when you should look at all the recent bad reviews and consider them to be just what they are - the truth. Im the manager of a girls soccer team and weve stayed here in the past. After this last trip, we will NEVER stay at this hotel again. First, the staff were horribly rude to our players. After a game, three of our girls had outside food and went to eat in the atrium area. Not at a restaurant table, but a general table. Three staff members yelled at them and told them they had to leave. The poor things ended up eating in the hall outside their room (parent hadnt returned. Unfortunately, I didnt know about this until after I got home. This was reprehensible. The hotel was half empty and the girls were respectful. Now, on to the rooms. They are in terrible, nasty disrepair. Mold. Outdoor doors that wouldnt close. One of our families found a dirty pair of childrens underwear under their bathroom counter! As for my personal experience, we had bedbugs. This is the first time in my entire life Ive experienced this. The front desk person insisted there was no manager on duty, gave my husband a card and said the manager would call us Monday. They moved our room. She promised my husband extra Hilton Honors points. What never came? A call, points or even one nights discount. I called multiple times and NONE of my calls to a manager were returned. I was also promised by Rosa Lopez, the group travel manager, bonus points for booking three teams worth of rooms. Again, nothing!!! The bartender and gentleman running the breakfast area were fantastic. I was responsible for more than 80 nights at this terrible property, had to put up with bedbugs, and my team was treated poorly. This is the absolute worst Hilton property in which Ive ever stayed. I can assure you this will be the last time I will ever book my teams at this property again.

    Changes Need to Happen

    I booked this hotel after coming to the area within the last few weeks. Embassy Suites have a name that usually speaks high quality in all aspects of a hotel stay. Unfortunately this was not quite this case with Embassy Suites DFW South in Irving. I will say that the hotel is starting to show its age however has been well maintained. The rooms are in serious need of updating, as they are showing their age from most likely the 1990 time period. The bed was super confrontable and for the most part the noise from the outside could not be heard. The tvs are okay but no onscreen guide which seems really out of date considering even Motel 6 has that these days. The bathroom was very small and needs major updates. The staff I will say has zero customer service skills. I cannot stress this, my wife was at the pool and went to happy hour at the bar and was told she needed to leave because she was dripping water. Considering that the man in front of her was also coming from the pool and in the same state. The bartender which I never could get a name is very rude and needs to be talked to about how he talks to customers. I even witnessed a customer talking to the night clerk and the clerk getting mad and talking down and starting a verbal altercation with the customer over issues with the room. The lack of customer service also was seen in the staff serving breakfast as they rush and never listen to customers and are extremely rude. The pool was very nice but they attempt to limit you on the times you go which with covid 19 I understand but again staff could consider how they handle that situation. The biggest issue I seen was parking. The hotel I believed overbook on the 2nd day of my stay and people were double and triple parking which caused massive issues and I am extremely lucky that my car wasnt damaged. No staff even came out to the parking concern even though people double parked in handicapped parking spots. The breakfast food choices however were one of the best things I can say at this hotel. Another big issue to mention is the lack of towels and other housekeeping things the staff did not prepare properly and were rude when asking for more. All and all I would not stay here again and would advise looking at other choices within the area.

    Winter Storm Uri

    I recently stayed during the Winter Storm Uri. It was a very last minute and very unexpected visit. I am a local and don't stay in hotels much, ever. What a delight. I was without power in my apartment for 5 days before I had had enough and booked with the Embassy Suites DFW South. I should have done it sooner. Everyone was so nice and I could see how busy they were. Very professional and accommodating. Please tell the entire team how grateful I am. Thank you!
