  Great place

  2nd stay here...amazing service and rooms. Nice bed and wonderful stand in tiled shower with lots of room. The staff is awesome. While this was business, would def make a great getaway hotel for leisure.

  Don't judge a book by it's cover

  The hotel exterior is beautiful. Inside the rooms is a different story. This was our first hotel stay since COVID started. We were under the assumption that extra cleaning was being done due to covid precautions. The room appeared like it hadn't been vacuumed in a very long time. Thankfully it was me and not my 1 year old that found not 1, not 2 but 5 different earring backs throughout the room along with Skittles, a tie pin and so many other misc items on the floor all throughout the room. The floor under the bathroom sink was extremely dusty and full of hairs. Speaking of hair, both beds had lots of strands of hair when we pulled the sheets down. When we went down stairs for the complementary breakfast in the morning the chef making eggs wasn't very pleasant. It was 9:05 and they closed at 9:30, the bacon, hash browns and pancakes were gone and we were told they wouldn't be making more because they closed soon. While we were eating in the dining area an employee started to close off the beverage area before my husband got his drink. There were also a handful of other diners in the dining room. I personally feel like maybe they should have made an announcement to ask if anyone else needed water, coffee, juice, milk, etc before closing off the beverage area. Don't get me wrong, this hotel is much nicer and cleaner than a dive hotel along a deserted highway, but I had higher hopes for the cleanliness at an Embassy Suites, especially during Covid times when cleaning should be extra thorough.

  Careless Hotel! Skip this one!

  I booked this hotel from 01/09/21 to 01/12/21. I was arriving on red-eye so I even paid for the night of the 9th. When I arrived at 6am on 1/10/21, the hotel staff told me they had canceled my room because I did not arrive before the midnight. I asked the staff that not that I arrived if he could reinstate my reservation and check me in. He flat out said NO. So I ended up staying at StayBridge Suites Atlanta NE Duluth (btw, perfect choice! The hotel was clean and staff was friendly!). The next day, I found out that Embassy Suites had charged me for all 3 nights! Unbelievable! I had to call my credit card company (spent hours!) to dispute the charge! At the end, they only refund me for 2 nights but still charged me for 1 night. They stated that because I was no show but I did show up at 6am. I am sure there are many people who travel on red-eye! To rectify the situation, I have been calling the General Manager at the hotel (Richard) and left a few VMs. The General Manager never answers his phone or gives you a call back even when you left several messages. Overall, if I were you, I will never ever stay at this hotel and I will also reach out to their corporate regarding this. I mean if a general manager at the property doesnt even care to give a call back, who would care in this hotel??? And why would you want to stay in a hotel, when no one cares about you. There are so many new hotels around the area and has a good service. So skip this one!

  Great hotel

  This hotel is still fairly new. I love this layout (no open atrium). The rooms were quiet, very spacious and extremely clean. The staff was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great! Plenty to choose from with well stocked on all items. The evening social was nice with light prepackaged snacks. The restaurant food was wonderful and they had a good variety. We would definitely stay at this location again.

  Confused

  I will give you my honest opinion as a Diamond member and a traveler. By far the best embassy suites build this far in 2021. I ordered food and though not a five star restaurant the food was above all embassy. The front staff check in needs a little work on customer service and attend to customers and not the cell phones. However I still give them five stars . The rooms are awesome and clean modern and delightful.
