  Great but lacking

  This hotel is beautiful but just a few things lacking. With COVID and housekeeping not coming daily the rooms should be stocked with extra toilet paper, tissues and towels. When we checked in we had about five tissues in our box. I had to call each day for supplies. Even called the front desk for supplies and it rings off the hook. Breakfast was a joke. It was something my son would get at school. Just take that part off of the hotel description till after COVID. Will be back just will wait until after covid.

  Very disappointed

  Embassy suites is typically our top choice because of the great family breakfast. We were incredibly disappointed to see that due to Covid, breakfast has been replaced with a processed packaged muffin and a cup of sweetened processed fruit. The hotel no longer serves coffee or tea with breakfast. It feels like they used covid as an excuse to save money and sacrifice quality.

  Rooms are great Staff needs work.

  I stayed at this hotel for a business trip, not my first choice but it was the only thing not sold out. The rooms are great, lobby is great, everything is very well kept and clean. The staff however is not very welcoming or friendly besides maybe two of them. I cannot remember specific names, but he has a very distinctive voice and personality. He was great and very accommodating my entire stay. The night auditor was very helpful as well. Everyone else was rude and didnt care much about anything. I am a Diamond member and I asked for my free water, I was told by the front desk agent that I had to buy the $6 smartwater in a very condescending tone. It was fine because I have $6, but as a diamond member the regular waters are supposed to be free when you arrive as they are at every other Hilton. I checked out and noticed I was charged $15 a day for parking and I do not even drive, so there was no car to park. I spoke with AJ(?) and he fixed it right away for me. Other than the rudeness and unprofessionalism from a few of the agents, the hotel is very nice and clean, very upscale inside and a good location for business travels not if you are going to the city as it is a little far via Uber.

  Great Experience

  Extensive cleaning protocol . Quiet rooms . Very professional and friendly front deck and cleaning staff. Hotel just completed a total renovation last spring. The only hotel we stay ast when in the Atlanta Metro area.

  What a pleasure staying here

  First, one of the wonderful features of Embassy Suites is the central atrium. We are so sad Hilton has chosen to forgo this iconic design in their new locations. Now they just build nice hotels, but nothing special. ; Well, this one is special. It has the atrium, and the renovation (a few years ago) is spot on. The hotel looks modern and dignified. During my stay I had a request for a special service, so I got in line at the front desk. While standing there the general manager walked up and asked if I needed help, and he offered to take care of it on the spot. A real gentleman, we talked about the trademark breakfast they don't have for now, and he seemed to genuinely regret they couldn't offer it for now. But their prices are pretty good these days, so they aren't making extra money off of the breakfast being closed. One small item, the desk clerk was not wearing a mask, and it felt uncomfortable having to talk with him for a few minutes at checkin. He was quite personable, though, and did his job well. Just add the mask and it would have been perfect. Enjoyed the stay immensely. It was a quiet few days, the room was spotless, the interaction with the general manager was a pleasure.... and they have an atrium!
