  Nice discovery

  Lovely hotel, all new, amazing decoration preserving traditional style with modern touch. We stayed in the beautiful deluxe room with the huge bath tub-jacuzzi. Very friendly and helpful stuff. Spa is small though very cozy and functional. Points to improve - in the spa full package tea shall be served in the teapot with the tray; for breakfast the option to order omelette shall be included in the standard breakfast.

  New and clean

  Very big room(we stayed in relaxing room),new furniture,great Staff and most important thing it s really clean.I m obsesive about cleaning I bring bleach everywhere so this hotel was clean even for me

  Not bad

  I was in there between 29.04.2017 and 01.05.2017. We booked delux room and now i want to share my opinion with you. First of all i want to say what is good in there * hotel design was so good it was like a palace and wihile it was built , gold colour was used. * breakfast and dinner was so delicious and there was so many kind of choice to eat * delux room was so large and comfortable (there was a jacuzzi in bathroom) * you can arrive easily from istanbul with ship (ido) and local servis * around the hotel there was so many market to buy any kind of something (there wasn't expensive ) Now these are bad things; * in the restaurant there wasn't napkins on the table along the 2 days during the breakfast and dinner and also any kind of drink (addition water) * house keeper can't clean the room especially bathroom (jacuzzi) because when we fulled of the jacuzzi we saw some hair on the water. * when we ask for cattle (it must be in delux room) they say we sent all cattle to the service to repairing. * in the spa center there was any kind of shampoo and body lotion and i think spa cleaner wasn't work properly because i saw too many towel whic were used * we bought massage with bubble but we think it was be able to more good. * in the man spa area nobody use the swimming cap. * when i was in roofpool i saw video camera and when i talked with my wife womens bothered about this camera i think it must have move from there.

  My trip to Yalova-termal

  I stayed in Retaj thermal from 10th to 12th of Aug, The staff was so helpful, I enjoyed there, the only problem was that it's far away from the center of Yalova but taking a bus from the stop near the hotel which is like 1 minute away would work it all out. If you are looking for a place to relax and spend a good time far from the city noise then it's the place to stay in.

  You see that the Hotel saw already better times

  All in all its average service is ok . Rooms are so so. Price is not exaggerated and includes Breakfast and dinner. There Spa is not bad even if there are some saunas off work. They have a swimming pool on the roof pay attention because the swimming pool is only available from 13:00 to 17:00 for couples. Breakfast and dinner are buffet style
