  Poor management

  The hotel is poorly managed, and very weak! Last summer I went to this hotel and some rooms not good services, not good WC and bathroom, Some of the hotel staff, very badly treated by travelers. I will not go to this hotel.

  Not a 4-star hotel

  I reserved this hotel because I wanted a place near Taqsim Square. But It's located in a place that needs climbing to Taqsim!! I'm not satisfied with location.The breakfast is very simple,the rooms are clean and the view of our room was not good

  A Swindler's Joint

  I checked out of the hotel but since I had half a day until the time of my flight, I trusted them with my luggage. I came back to the hotel three hours before my departure and suddenly the man at the desk said there are some expenses that I haven't paid yet and if I want to see my luggage released I should pay the outstanding bill. The bill, presumably for mini bar, was nearly $100! My complaint and later the bitter quarrel that I had already checked out, hence not responsible for what has happened in the room after me didn't help at all. The man in charge was rude and he wanted to make sure that I'd miss my flight (or one could say that he knew that I was worried about my flight, so he pulled the trick to force me to pay.) It turned into a real drama. The language barrier helped him to pretend he is not getting my argument. Eventually, after an hour of very uncivilised high-volume shouting and cursing, I paid one hundred US dollars and saved myself form losing the flight. Of course, it is quite possible that someone else has snitched the goods from the room and the man was not really genuine. Yet, the way he handled it turned it into my most bitter memory of the trip. Since there are many nice places in Istanbul, try to avoid this one.

  Amazing

  Receptions spoke Englisg well.they were really helpful and kindly provide everything we asked them. The bed and bathroom were so clean and comfortable. But the location wasnt pefect it took about 10-15minutes to Taksim sq.

  the worst hotel I have ever seen

  as you read the title it was terrible. I stayed at this hotel 5 nights. the staffs were not able to speak English at all. very bad behavior and angry. service was very bad we ask them for soup and shampoo several times but nothing arrived. the last day we were leaving hotel they brought us some but useless. one of the worst part were leaders who was forcing you to take a tour for different places while our leader who was responsible for our transfer to airport did not know our departure to airport for coming back and we reached airport with much difficulty. I do not recommend this hotel at all.
