  bad service on crowded time

  spend a day with the family there ,ordered cocktails and after 3 visits to the beach bar and full hour we received mango juice. The waiter (BOB) with right hand full of tatto's was so rude and not friendly especially when my child was asking him for the cocktiles. after speaking to the manager finally received what we want as its should be a cocktail and bring it by him self. Avoid crowded days ,avoid waiters with green shirts as they only look for womans and young girls. Never again

  Enough for money you pay.

  Its a humble place where you can stay safely without problems. Food is not attractive and there is no drinking water in rooms even with all inclusive. Rooms are clean and the whole hotel as well. Everybody there is good and helpful except few workers by the beach. RECOMMENDED: Take care when you bye something out of charge. Dont pay directly and ask for the bill, sign the bill and ask them to add to your room and pay when you are checking out.

  Amazing holiday

  It was great Vacation and the staff are friendly and helpful the hotel is clean and the service was excellent many thanks for the management and I will come back to Elysees and I will recommend the hotel

  Good holiday

  hiiii was in that hotel and I speand nice time me and my friends and betcha was very very nice and the music was very cool and animtion team was very kind with us and all day do games like volly boll was very very nice and also morning gym and aqua gym and than we dince with vika and Ahmed and food is good and service was very very nice boys all time simle and also tham manager very very person and we back to that hotel again'and big thanks for Mr'ahmed chif of animtion

  Just about okay as a 'Day Room' but would not want my holiday here.

  My son and I had a 'day room' at this hotel at the end of a dive safari. On first impressions the hotel looked fine but when we got to our room and looked a bit closer it was actually really dirty. Also the staff we encountered were not overly friendly and the guy in the Panorama Restaurant was out-right argumentative. We had lunch included in our Day Room rate and yet he stood there for 5 minutes telling me "Oh no you don't". In the end I said to him "Call the front desk and check", he called and sure enough we had lunch included. He did not even apologize and just said okay and walked off. The buffet lunch was to a fairly low standard again with the food area and the restaurant being somewhat dirty. There is the 'Dream Beach' area which looked nice for swimming and sun bathing which is accessible via a footbridge from the main hotel. The elevator made us laugh as it didn't have a door, just a warning sign saying "Don't Step Outside Lift"... Great Egyptian Health & Safety!! In summary this was just about okay as a place to dip in the pool (which did seem nice enough), lounge on a sunbed and take a shower before our flight back to the UK. However I would not want to spend more than a day here and I would not recommend the food.
