  Acogedor

  Hotel acogedor y con mucha historia. Esta ubicado no muy lejos del centro de la ciudad, se puede ir andando. Las habitaciones están bien, limpias y la atención del personal es espectacular. Me he sentido como en casa.

  Watch your head

  An early start meant I needed to stay over in Wolverhampton and I decided to support a local hotel instead of the main chain hotels. It was a good choice, although I had to work out the main entrance was to the rear of the building and not at the front. After a long journey and walking up the stairs. A larger signage would have helped. The receptionist was friendly and polite and she showed me to my room, which was a nice gesture and provided the personal touch. The room was small as it was a single room, but it was clean, cosy and warm. It was a good thing I'm 5:7" as I would have banged my head on the ceiling beam in the centre of the bed. The walkin shower was forceful, hit and easy to use. Breakfast was freshly made to order and hot. I loved the the Georgian decor and old fashioned China teapot, cups and matching saucers. They were eloquent. I would recommend this hotel, but if you are 6F plus don't stay in the single room.

  As always, my stay was excellent

  I always stay at the Ely House Hotel when I am in Wolverhampton. The service is friendly, professional and high quality. I enjoy the food, the bar is good and the rooms are always very clean. I last stayed here just before lock-down and I hope that all is well for the staff and the business. I hope to be back later in the year.

  Good experience

  We were made to feel welcome. The room was super clean and crucially we had a very good night's sleep. It's also close to Bank's Museum and West Park and a stones throw from the city centre. I'd stay here again without a doubt.

  Superb customer service..as always!

  We have become a regular visitor to the Ely House Hotel and wouldn't hesitate to return again or recommend it to others. Our last visit was due to a family bereavement and the staff were most supportive. The hotel is always exceptionally clean with extremely helpful staff who are very friendly and always go above and beyond. An ideal location for visiting Wolverhampton with ample parking. Fingers crossed that business picks up after lockdown and you get all the support you so richly deserve!
