  Good location, very clean

  Stayed here for a few nights at the end of August. Room was lovely and clean as was the Accommodation throughout. Good facilities in the room, I did not find the shower too small as some other have. Chris was welcoming and they had measures in place due to covid 19 - masks when in hallways, hand sanitizers at the door and spraying down surfaces after check in. The room was lovely however on booking.com we had chosen a room with one single and a double, due to me and my friend going away this was ideal, also I was 34 weeks pregnant on this trip so needed a bed to myself really. We queried this with Chris and he said its a common mistake with booking.com and nothing could be done. Parking is not available on the property but there is a lot of free spaces just outside the hotel and you can parallel park along the street, it was fine while we were there as it was quite a windy week and not so busy however I can imagine this being a problem when its hot and everyone has come down to the beach. Not a complaint, just seen other people mention it. There is no lift at the hotel just stairs, with it being an old Victorian house they are quite steep and tiring after a long day walking around, not usually a problem for me but wearing a mask and being heavily pregnant I did struggle a little bit so wouldnt advise if you cannot get up stairs so easily. Location is very good, just a 5minute walk and your at the start of Yarmouth strip (the first pier opposite the cinema). Well worth a stay if your looking to go!

  Nothing special

  Arrived for a nights stay on 18th September. We was given room 9. Because of the high reviews on this site, I was expecting something extra special about this place but it's box standardl. We was not offered a breakfast option when we arrived so went elsewhere in the morning. Our room was basic with old furniture but was clean. The TV had half the picture missing. The toilet wouldnt flush but after a little while fiddling with it, I got it working. The bed is curved down on the edges so you have to lay right in the middle to stop yourself falling out. Tea and coffee facilities were good. The only bad point was the disrespectful resident that was slamming their door at 2am making us jump out of our skin.

  Lovely Break!

  Had a lovely week staying in this little gem of a place. We didn't have breakfast preferring to sort ourselves out. The room was a decent size, with a fridge. The bed and pillows were lovely and comfy and the room were cleaned daily with a change of bed linen and towels every couple of days. The hosts were very welcoming. The location was great with only a short stride to the beach and promenade and the bars, restaurant and shops. A fridge, table and chairs were provided in your room, which was great. Would definitely stay again!

  Great location, friendly staff and very clean rooms.

  Spoke to the host over the phone, who was very helpful and booked us in to a family room (which was clean and spacious at the top of the house). Arrived very early (managed to find free parking opposite the B and B) and were allowed to check in and use the facilities in our room straight away. The host was extremely friendly and polite, observed social distancing and asked us if we would like breakfast in the morning. We booked breakfast at £5 per head for the morning. It was excellent! One happy family - Children keen to book again soon!

  We stayed for 3 night in the family room id give it 9 out of 10 wonderful spacious room clean with a very good breakfast for £5 pppd well worth it only thing to stop a top 10/10 was the shower was very small and a little claustrophobic however was useable and did not stop us useing it . The couple who owed the hotel were freindly and helpful also would recommend
