  Fantastic as usual

  Weve been here a few times now. As always everything was perfect. Sue and Martin are perfect hosts. The cooked breakfast is very tasty. The rooms are very clean and welcoming. Cant wait to go again. Thank you both.

  Stayed here from a monday to friday what a lovely couple sue and martin were they both greeted us and made us tea and coffee and we had a chat. We dtayed in the twin room plenty of room ,lovely and clean hotel. shower was always hot beds were really comfortable . we could help ourselves to extra milk,sugar,coffee which was available down stairs where you signed in. Sue and martin would change your hot breakfast around to suit you which was really nice and very filling. We will be returning in the new year as its like home from home and very reasonably priced.thank you sue,martin

  Yearly stay at this wonderful guest house

  Once again superb stay with sue and Martin wonderful hosts pre booked tickets for us for a show on centre pier and a lovely surprise,friends from Manchester ian and Cath were there without us knowing what a shock we got, always a pleasure to stay there room lovely and comfortable. buses and trams nearby breakfast was lovely sad to be going home as would have liked to have stayed longer and stay was cheaper than expected due to the lights highly recommended will be going again next year

  Lovely.

  Lovely clean b&b. Great breakfast. Martin and sue are really lovely. Cant do enough. Nice quiet area but close enough to walk into the main attractions. Also right by the tram stop and the Gynn pub which does really good food at superb prices.
