  Mixed review

  Finding check in was VERY easy. Amy and Cindy are awesome and very helpful. Don't love the underground parking. VERY inconvenient to unpack and getting to the condo by myself was a little scary at night though the garage was well lit. Had to park in overflow anytime we got back after 11pm, which was too far. VERY pleased that the "studio" actually had a separate bedroom. SMALL but we expected a true studio with no bedroom. Pleasant surprise. Kitchenette tiny but well stocked. TURN ON THE FAN WHEN YOU COOK or the alarm goes off in the hall. Have been coming to the VI condos in Elkhorn for 6 yrs. We definitely prefer Indian Springs. Elkhorn Village has gorgeous grounds but the condos inside don't match. Clean condo but the building is pretty run down. Beautiful pool and hot tub area and we were loaned tennis rackets from VI. BIG beef. My condo had no balcony. I would not do that again in Summer. Other than that, though I prefer Indian Springs I would stay at Elkhhorn Village again if everything else was booked.

  Total Dump

  There is absolutely zero customer service and the office is located several miles from the condo units. If you check in after 7pm, you are forced to pickup your keys from a dropbox and then play phone tag to pay your security deposit. The room is tiny and very dingy. You can hear conversations from other rooms and people entering/exiting the building. It's also a bit sketchy that the door to the building doesn't even lock. The location is next to impossible to find and it confused every Uber driver I had. What's even more annoying is that there are absolutely zero toiletries in the unit. Not even shampoo! I stayed here for 4 nights and the place wasn't cleaned a single time! I also find it mind boggling that they expect you to drive several miles to drop off your key (a 50 cent plastic card) before you check out. They even have the audacity to ask you to do the dishes and take out the trash before checking out. To make matters worse, the bed sheets are very itchy and it's impossible to sleep. This place is a total dump. Stay away.

  Clean and Cozy

  Nice place, pretty low key. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The internet worked well and the condo was comfortable. It was small but great for two people. The building itself is interestingly set up so if you have a lot of luggage you might want to take a few trips. You go up and down a few steps at a time on one floor. Parking was a little confusing so read the little packet they give you when you check in before you park. The regular parking gets full if you come back after 8 but the overflow parking really isn't very far. Overall, it was just what I needed for my weekend trip. If you want to be pampered, this is not the place for you but if you are self sufficient and want a comfortable place to eat and sleep in between your adventures this place is great.

  NO INTERNET

  Booked unit 2456 Building X for 32 days. So far, no internet for 11 days. Filed a Small Court Claim but cannot serve the owners a summons because they are hiding their address. Be careful! If you need internet service this building is not for you.

  Tough lodging

  This is not good accomodations for any but the very fit and flexible. Tough to find. Poor parking, we had to park underground in a couple of buildings away. Towed luggage up a street, into building next to ours as it had an elevator. But to get to the elevator we tugged luggage up several steps then down several steps. Took bridge over to our building, then had to tug luggage up more steps. We found later we could have entered the building with the elevator by another entrance but still would have had a long slog with luggage which included sneaky steps. Price quoted was $99 less than actual bill. Ask questions!!!!! There is a large cleaning fee attached that is NOT part of the quoted price.
