  Wonderful place

  Very nice hotel. Kind of a modern museum with beautiful art on each level, so do walk around! Very friendly and helpful staff, helping you empty and fill the car. Beautiful cosy bar with lots of different and special whiskies, candles all over the place! Excellent restaurant with the finest food! And last but not least: you cross the street and youre at the lift on your way to the long exquisite slopes!

  Best swimming pool ever!

  The hotel is in a fantastic location right opposite the gondola. You can ski back to the bottom of the slope (red run) and then just walk across the road to the hotel. This slope can be tough in icy conditions or when it's busy, but that's not a problem as you can use the gondola if need be. The rental shop is directly next door and you can conveniently buy or extend ski passes at the front desk (for the same standard prices as at the ticket office). All of the rooms face onto the slope for a great view. The room and bed were very comfortable though the layout was a bit impractical. It could have done with a bit more storage space and the bath/shower was in the middle of the room not screened off. Fine for a couple but might be a bit awkward if sharing the room with a friend! The food is absolutely amazing, real fine dining. The menu is delicious and really creative, and different every day. There's only one choice for each course, though they will make the effort to substitute if there's something on the menu you don't like. (However given the quantity theres no harm in skipping a course!) If you're a strict vegetarian or have specific requirements it's best to tell them in advance of your stay if booking half board. Breakfast is also great, a massive self-service selection and eggs/omelettes cooked to order if you want. The swimming pool is absolutely gorgeous, warm and relaxing with panoramic views of the slops and mountains. The standard of service is really first class. The hard-working staff take pride in everything they do. The whole decor or the hotel is lovely and stylish, attention to detail throughout. Our stay here was such a treat and made a beautiful relaxing holiday. There was a birthday during our trip and they gave a gift and a lovely cake (unprompted by anyone in our group - assume they noted the dob from passport on check-in) We were welcomed with a glass of bubbly and chocolate on arrival, and staff insisted on helping carry our luggage to the bus departure point when we left.

  Simply Marvelous!

  Another wonderful stay made special by Mirjam and Marcus as well as Claudia and the rest of the staff! As always, surrounded by warmth from arrival to departure, which is why I am a return guest! Drive up, hand your keys off, and leave your worries behind! After an extensive breakfast, pick your passes up and walk to the lift direct across the street and start your ski day. Come back and have a massage, swim, or sauna or just get ready for the five-course first-class dining experience. Ciao!

  Love the hotel, the staff, the location!!! Simply a stunning hotel with service to match. Cant wait for our next visit here! My first time in Ischgl and completely spoiled now.....there is only one hotel for us!!!

  Fantastic.....no other words required

  I had booked this hotel for my partners 50th birthday. When we arrived they could offer us an upgrade on the room but we would have had to move rooms on the last night so we declined. The rooms we had on the 6th floor as beautiful. Very quiet and the most comfy beds ever. We were half board- the food and service were brilliant. On the day of the birthday the hotel brought out a cake and a beautiful gift for my partner during dinner.....totally unprompted by me but a very much appreciated and thoughtful gesture. Unfortunately the corona virus pandemic hit the resort when we were there and we had to vacate the hotel one night early. The hotel made sure we had a beautiful dinner before we left and gave us a beautiful goody bag for our journey which included water, chocolates, a book and one of their beautiful candles which gave the hotel a gorgeous smell throughout the entire building, The hotel is in a perfect location as it is directly across the road from the main gondola - you can ski back to the door. I do hope the Elizabeth Art hotel recovers from the terrible times ahead and we wish the staff and management every luck in the coming months. We will definitely return next year. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.
