  Excellent family hotel

  The staff ware very helpful, rooms are specious and clean. The hotel is calm and clean. The swimming pool isn't clean and isn't cover, there aren't any car parking, the hotel is not accessible for wheelchairs.

  Past it's prine

  This used to be a very nice aparhotel but it is now a victim of poor management. Let me first say that the staff I came in contact with were very polite and very helpful. I did appreciate their hard work and dedication. The rooms are filthy and the maintenance looks like it's being done by a group of kindergarteners. The dining room floor had an old, dried French fry on it by the table and walking around barefoot for more than a few minutes resulted in black feet. There was dust and debris in all the corners (especially carpeted areas) and the walls are marred, scarred and chipped up and desperately need paint. The internet was 1Mb/s...thats not mega byte....its mega BIT. this speed was out dated in 2005! The furniture has burns on it and the TV console is chipboard junk that should've been replaced long ago. The wires behind the TV are a ridiculous mound of tangled spaghetti. There is no need for a DVD player or the 1990's boom box on it. My baby kept pulking at the wires as they kept poking out from under the TV. The kitchen had only 2 glasses in it and a myriad of mix matched appliances and place settings. The kettle was the wrong plug and we had to ask for an adapter...which sparked and smoked after a few uses so it was unplugged. There was only one plug in the kitchen to this affected the usage of the microwave. There was an internet router glued to the floor of the living room that didn't seem to do anything but take up space and provide another entangling of wires. All in all it was not a pleasant stay.

  before one year ago it was very good, but not now.

  The staff there are very friendly but as I think the top management are not taking care of the hotel equipment like the fridge, oven, washing machine and ext... me and my family was not happy while our stay in this hotel, we sped most our time just in neurological mood. one thing me and my family we like it in this hotel, it was the swimming pool and the safety care of the safety guard man.

  NOT BAD FOR PRICE

  Fairly good apartment with extras like 2 bathrooms, big kitchen with utensils and quick customer service. There is a supermarket nearby about 5-10mins walk and easily access to mals in juffair city centre

  Inside the room there were some mould near to the cabaret

  The room was uncleaned and there were some mould. Other waies the receptionist was so kind and the location was so nice and easy to be reached but at night we can hear some noise especially from the bikers
