  Nice winter break

  Had a lovely few days. Had a lovely time and it was pleasent being in the bar. Thank you makkis. As it is winter its so different and quiet. There is a good selection of resturants and take aways still open nearby. 10 minute walk into town and places to eat on your way. 5 minutes to beach where we fish. Both makkis and poppy the owners are very helpful. See you in June.

  One night before going to the airport

  Stayed here one night before taking the airplane back home. Big, clean appartment. Low wifi signal at the room, and no water in the beginning: that was fixed quickly. Pre-ordered taxi and the service was good. Location is in the middel of a noicy road, so trafic-noice must be expexted. Also when being out at the pool there is noice. But close to the lovely Lambi beach.

  Fawlty towers

  Arrived late at night .seemed a decent enough owner . Until things started to go wrong the next day. Air conditioning in the small room was broken and told it was our fault because we had opened the windows ..not true and still broke.. kitchen equipment older than the owner and needed washing before we used it. Shower and sink only trickled water,clock broken,phone broke I could go on and on. But apparently we were moaners. He didn't want to accept the place was like the acropolis. Only returned our money when I threatened him with the tourist police.

  Perfect location

  Only a short walk from the downtown harbour/shopping/restaurant area and less than 5 min walk to Lambi beach, a great spot to be. Our unit had a view of the hills from the back and you could see the sea from the front. Keep the doors and windows open and the most amazing breeze blows thru. A/C in the bedroom and stand up fan available upon request. Great water pressure in the shower and hot. Kitchen has the basic tools to cook and a table and chairs. Microwave, mini fridge, kettle, toaster and a hot plate. Apartment was very clean. Lots of bedding, towels and a table with chairs on the balcony. There was also a collapsible unit to hang your wet beach clothes. Pool and pool area always clean as well as a bar and breakfast area. The owner and his son were super warm and welcoming. Always a smile to greet us and answer any questions we may have. Due to Covid, we were lucky to be able to stay here as usually it's always booked. If you can get a reservation, don't hesitate.

  A hidden Gem

  We stayed here the last week in October this year, what can I say a perfect location for beach, bars, restaurants and Kos Town. Makis was a wonderful host he could not do enough for you, the breakfast was good value for money. The rooms were very clean and spacious with all the amenities that you would need for a self catering holiday. It is the perfect place for a holiday, we was very lucky as usually it is booked up, so book early if you want to stay here.
