Pésimo, sólo se salvan los empleados del spa
Soy española, nadie hablaba inglés, trato grosero y suciedad en general...abren las habitaciones constantemente para revisiones no sé de qué!!! No hay restaurante y el desayuno es repugnante!! Antalya y su gente es maravillosa, pero el hotel y algún empleado no!!! Se salva la recepcionista y otro chico y el personal del spa. Nunca mais

Good one
The rooms, general facilities and overall services were good. Only exception was the 'free' Turkish bath where the people were reluctant to offer it unless one pays the extra money for massage. And they take the payment only by cash and without a receipt.

Friendly, Professional hotel
I am just back from a 3 night break in Antayla. The hotel is located a 10 minute drive from the old town(£3 each way) I had a Turkish Hammen massage that was so relaxing and professionally done( The pool was clean, but cold and did smell of damp!). The rooms were clean and the cleaners came in everyday to turn down the bed. The reception staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast was very Turkish. There was soup on offer and salads! but you could have bread with cold meats and cheeses. Hard boiled eggs, eggy bread and sausages. Free tea and coffee was served all day and night.

Not met my expectations
When i booked this hotel there was said that this hotel with Spa, but at time of our visit spa area with pool was closed due to Covid-19 renovation. As this hotel is next to very busy street be prepared to noise. Location is bad, be prepared to spend money on taxi. Breakfast is average, not greatest for a British person. There was choice one soup, omlet, sosadge, 7 different types of white cheese, vegetables tomatoe, cucumber and salad leaves. Bread, 3 different tipes of tea and coffee. Tea and coffee avaliable at any time to your room. There is no laundry services in hotel, but for extra cost they will organise it somewhere outside of hotel. Not all hotel staff English speaking. ROOM we had double room on 2nd floor with residential house in front of our windows. That house is just 30ft or 10 meters away. Bee prepared for people from that house looking at you windows. As i have said earlier there is busy street with cars using they horns 24/7. Towels was ald with holes in them, same and bed sheets with holes. TV with Turkish channels only, couldn't find any English one. There is little fridge in your room but problem is when you live you room its not working. In that fridge you have soft drinks which are payable on checkout. Some equipment in room was broken or not working , like air extractor in the bathroom. Room service ignoring signs DO NOT DESTRUCT. But there was warking air conditioner in our room. God bless we had it, otherwise we would die. End of September and beginning of October temperatures around 30-35°C I wanted to rate this hotel 2 stars but there was one very helpful Russian speaking Turkish man so we giving 3 stars only because of his care.

Not good
Hotel pictures look nice but dont believe them , it is far from city center , sauna, spa, Turkish bath closed , which they promote the hotel with the spa , even though it says you can use with reservations but they dont allowed the use , they give an excuse the COVID-19 but every where is open . Bed is so uncomfortable, it makes noise all night, window is not closing and you can hear all noises from street , breakfast is soo basic and not tasteful, I prefer not to eat ,only nice thing is the breakfast servers , they help behind the window and they have patience, thanks to çagatay and to Alim . I wont stay here ever again and I dont recommend.
