  Estuvimos un par de noches y la verdad es que el lugar tiene su encanto: mucha conciencia ecologica, bicis colgando de las paredes, decoracion original con mensajes positivos. En la zona de estar podias jugar a multitud de juegos de mesa, incluso ping pong o futbolin y tienen servicio de cafeteria-restaurante muy decente.

  Good Value for the money

  Clean and affordable. Obviously, cycling is the owners passion coz bikes are displayed inside the inn. Restaurant is cute and they practiced CLAYGO. But youre not allowed to bring foods (meals like with rice and dishes) inside the hotel while the restaurant is open from 6AM to 9PM, but you can bring biscuits and any lights snacks. They have free unlimited water, so no need to buy one. Unfortunately, they failed to cater our request for a Large bed and they said that it has been occupied and no available, which i requested a week prior and even called them for it. So, we had triple beds which was fine but it couldve been better if its only 1 Large bed. Nevertheless, the room is big with too many pillows. No problem with their AC, CR is big with big supply of tissues but no shampoo, only soap. TV is outdated but operable. Overall, elicon is way better than any inns in the downtown area.

  Great stay !

  At 10pm, we had to find somewhere to stay for a night and we saw the Elicon House. The staff was very nice, the room was clean and the breakfast was perfect. But the main point of this House is their policy: they work according to certain rules to protect the environment, their family business but also to ban discrimination. If you need to find somewhere to stay and if you care about the environment and local business, then you should definitely come there.

  Simple and Comfy!

  First thing, their wifi service is excellent compared to other nearby hotels! The staff was very accommodating and approachable. The place is very clean too. It didnt feel like a hotel. It has a dormitory vibe type. I've known Elicon House since I used to leave near there during college years.I'm familiar with the place which means it's safer there.Also, I chose to stay there because it was very accessible to some known places in Cebu such as COLON and STO. NINO CHURCH. You won't have much problem finding jeepneys( mean of transpo aside from taxi) in that place. If I am to find a place to stay in Cebu it's a sure thing I'd choose it!

  Middle of the road

  This place is a balancing act between very good security, excellent staff and fun communal areas for ping pong or just hanging out and spartan rooms with some cleanliness issues. The surrounding neighborhood is also not the greatest. If you only need a basic room, this is an acceptable trade off. Particular mention must go to the lovely ladies staffing the front desk, who went above and beyond in assisting to retrieve a misplaced mobile.
