  A las 15:30 pusieron música a todo volumen en la piscina, llamé a la recepción para quejarme y aumentaron el volumen. Llamé de vuelta y la bajaron un poco. Imposible dormir. Primera vez en mi vida que no puedo descansar en un hotel.

  Warm family holiday in Paphos

  We booked the place via an agency. First impressions were not too good - old place, only 1 bedroom apartments, no microwave, lots of ants and even cockroaches, no beach. But as each day passed we discovered that this 3+ place had a great staff (5+!), daily animation for adults and kids, playground and indoor kids facilities, swimming pools both outdoor and indoor, a little store and laundry place. We got hair dryer at reception (10 credit required). Eventually weve found lots of great places nearby (nice beaches, various shops, Paphos zoo with a free transfer, big mall and nice harbor - everything within your reach thanks to the bus 615). We got tan, spent some cozy evenings with live music and enjoyed our stay in Eleni.

  Worst hotel and staff Ive ever come across! Great if you like being woken early by a building site

  The staff at this hotel are very very rude. Reception is no help and try to make out they dont speak English! Apartment facilities are not fit to cook in and the food at the hotel I wouldnt serve a dog. This was my yearly holiday an I honestly contemplated booking another hotel as this hotel ruined the holiday! Also there are building sites surrounding the hotel! DO NOT STAY HERE

  Brilliant family holiday!

  We had our best ever family holiday at Eleni holiday apartments. We had to book it last minute as we were Thomas Cook customers. I was very nervous after reading some of the reviews on here but we really had a lovely time. We are a family of 5 and were told that they couldn't guarantee our rooms would be together but we were given adjoining rooms with a wonderful view over the pool and the sea. The sunsets were just incredible. The rooms were old fashioned but very clean. The beds were comfy and we slept well. We had a flat screen tv too though it only had Russian channels, but we didn't want to watch tv! There was maid service every day and they were lovely, they even gave our children a ball to play with! There were always sun loungers available and the pool was just amazing. My 6 year old daughter was disappointed that the lifeguard wouldn't let her in the deep end without an adult but he was just doing his job. There was water volleyball and water polo every day which we loved. Also darts, table tennis and pool. The entertainment team were amazing, really enthusiastic and friendly and even though the season was ending they really went all in to make sure everyone had fun if they wanted to, no-one was forced to join in. My daughter especially loved them, especially the kids disco every night! Thank you to Maddy, Seb and Lala! The entertainment was good with singers and dancing, we really loved the fire show and karaoke! Kids also a big fan of the bingo though we never won! The first week the guests were mainly Russian and the second week it was mainly English with it being half term. It was my daughters 7th birthday while we were there and they organised a cake and made a big fuss of her that evening, even though there was hardly any guests! It was much appreciated We stayed all inclusive and enjoyed the food. My son was a big fan of the calamari at the pool bar. We ate well all the time and there was a good variety of food. It wasn't top quality but it was tasty. Greek night was our favourite. My only complaint would be that there was fish listed every night as a vegetarian food! We also loved the gin fizzes and planters punch and the kids couldn't get enough slushies! Mike on reception was lovely and very informative and recommended our favourite beaches to us Venus beach opposite the Lidl on the bus route 615. A gorgeous beach for snorkelling and I even saw pufferfish there! We also went to Paphos mosaics which are amazing and the waterpark which I'd really recommend for kids. Coral Bay also worth a visit. There was only one day when it rained and we went to the most brilliant vegan cafe just up the road. The rest of the time it was sunny and hot between 24-28 every day. Perfect. I think your experience depends on the room you get, we were very happy with ours but we met others who were overlooking a skip etc and obviously no one wants that. We really enjoyed our holiday and would stay here again. Please look out for the gorgeous cats, Fleabag and Smoky. Give them a cuddle from us!

  Great time in this resort food was good entertainment was ok pool was great and alwaysvsun loungers available Rooms were spacious and well equipped if self catering we were all,inclusive and the pool bar is great if u like British foods to eat ice cream good and choices of cocktails excellebtn
