  2 Part Trip

  On March 16th, 2020 i arrived at this hotel, first time in North Dakota for me, once i first step foot in the lobby, it was a beautiful looking lobby. With a little lounge area, an outdoor lounge, and a relaxation area, the staff were nice and helpful, when I arrived, we got upgraded to a bigger and nicer room. (yay!) Once I entered the room, I noticed that it looked like a nice little apartment with a little kitchen. The sofa sleeper was comfy, the view was breathtaking, and the room was nice in general. The first time I came up here, my trip ended early due to the coronavirus pandemic, hoping we would come back to finish the trip. 2 months later, in May. I return once again. Same room style, same view, diffident room number, but when I returned, the pool was closed due to coronavirus concerns. But at least I got to experience what the pool was like my first time up here. But the dishwasher did leak once while I was washing some dishes in the dishwasher. But the issue was resolved by cleaning the water off the floor. Id say this hotel is a good location if you want to have a few day getaway, the rooms are nice and the staff were friendly. I would come back here another time.

  Excellent room layout and well appointed

  This was a huge room with a nice full kitchen which was fully stocked. Comfy bed and bunk beds for our kids. Also had a nice outdoor area with a firepit. Convenient to a lot of food and stores. We didnt get to use the pool but it looked nice.

  I travel SO much during the year - even during COVID..... this hotel is my oasis....my place to relax, feel secure, and unwind. Each of the staff members that interface with the guests is terrific - Sam, Tanner, Ingrid, and Morgan....They want to make sure that you are satisfied with the hotel. I can't express how much I appreciate this hotel. For the money - NO COMPARISON in the Fargo area - You can spend 10 to 20 dollars less - but you don't get the value and cleanliness of this hotel. Their Relax time on Monday through Thursday is terrific. This is the place to stay when you are in the Fargo/Moorhead area.

  Very enjoyable stay!

  We recently stayed at the Element Fargo and it was very enjoyable! The pool, hot tub and sauna are very nice and clean, the rooms are quiet and clean and the staff(Mitchell) was very helpful! Dinner at the Blarney Stone across the street was delicious. We will definitely stay here again and love that they have a sauna, especially in during the colder months!

  Great Staff and Service - even during COVID

  Pre-Covid, I stayed in hotels about 150 nights a year, and I just recently started traveling again in the last couple of months. The Element Hotel at Fargo does a pretty good job at attempting to maintain an excellent level of service during these pandemic times while balancing safety and health concerns. I see the staff cleaning high-touch areas in the lobby and housekeeping does a good job with the rooms as well, although the hotel does need to do a better job of informing guests of the housekeeping policy when they stay multiple days. They have a great hotel gym and only allow a maximum of three people at a time. I really appreciated that the hotel still had a breakfast for guests and a happy hour in the evenings. The breakfast was as good as it could be, with primarily pre-packaged items and hot breakfast burritos. The only "bad" thing was that they would run out of the breakfast burritos, so you had to get them early. I have stayed at a couple of other hotels during COVID and their breakfasts were terrible. The rooms themselves are great, with full refrigerators, dishwashers, and full-sized microwaves. The beds were very comfortable, and the room temperature was comfortable and easily controlled with the thermostat. My wife and I got a suite, which was nice since it allowed me to wake up early and do work in the living area while my wife slept in. I highly recommend this hotel for business or leisure stays!
