  El lugar está muy cuidado, además de estar en excelente ubicación. El trato fue muy bueno y los desayunos estuvieron muy deliciosos y algunas cosas las preparan al momento. Superó mis expectativas en todas las áreas, lo recomiendo.

  Convenience

  Nice hotel close to Baylor Scott White. Cleaner than the Hilton down the street. Nice staff. Nice to see staff and most guests wearing masks. Ran into some guests w/o. Next door to Starbucks.Nice furniture. Love that there is a surface lot. However- the rugs need to be cleaned or removed. Pictures to show stains next to bed. Need to be vacuumed. Trash. Bathroom floors need to be cleaned as there was urine stains on the floor near toilet.

  Never again

  I booked this hotel because the price was good and it was close to a meeting. I got in town after dark and no one waa at the front. After I checked in I was told I had to park my car in this private lot that actually charges a bit more than it says on the Marriott site. The real disaster happened when I went out to my car and got locked in the lobby area because I left my key in the room and my phone. My partner was in the room but I had no way to tell him to let me up. Its like a prison you have to have a key to get inside. Then a key for the elevator or stairs. You also need a key to call down the elevator. No one waa at the front desk this time but a guest let me in the front only to have me locked our of the elevator. They also were not able to take a Marriott gift card without having to call or email thr manager. Marriott needs to stop selling gift cards if they cant train their staff how to use them.

  No sleep

  Location of this hotel is very close to Baylor Rehab but sketchy area if walking to Starbucks or McDonald's. Check in process took a bit of a wait since only one desk clerk on duty. Antonio was a great help with tons of local info and directions to local dining with discounts to hotel guests. He was very polite and welcoming, even got us an extra blanket. Kitchen in room has absolutely everything you'll need. Beds comfy but the bathroom had a puddle of soap that drained out on the shower floor which is very slippery. Road noise was terrible. Traffic and sirens blaring and we've only checked in today. Room next door seems to have maybe 10 or so people talking loud and can totally hear everything through the walls. 1st of 3 nights and I can tell that we won't get much sleep.

  Booked a room here on Sunday before the ice storm hit in Dallas. Made the reservation Friday night. Showed up for check in at 3 on Sunday Feb 14 and was told my reservation was cancelled because we had guests who were supposed to check out today that didnt so they didnt have a room for me. Informed me they emailed me so I looked...they sent the email at 2:37 pm that day. Did not help me find another room. Did not offer to pay for another room (which apparently is what hotels are supposed to do when they walk you). Also they charged my credit card at 10:15 that morning but then didnt have a room for me. I ended up finding a room (on my own) at the Sheraton that cost more $$ and was farther away from my destination. When I contacted them via email about my experience in the following days they claimed they werent responsible for helping me since they didnt have a room because a pipe burst. No where in the email I received or when I was there to check in did anyone say anything about a burst pipe (and I was talking to the assistant manager). Even though Id been communicating with them they did not reverse the charge on my card and I had to contact Marriott corporate to get my charge removed. Based on the other reviews I can see that I am not the only one who has experienced the unprofessionalism at this establishment. Do yourself a favor and find another accommodation besides this place. Unprofessional and borderline fraud.
