  Fantastic location

  The hotel itself is just ok. But the location is fantastic. Just one street away from the Main Street. The service is nice but bit untrained. They had to constantly wait on their manager because they didn't know how to solve something. The wifi is very annoying as it allows only 5 devices at a time. We spent hours on phone with their IT staff to expand the list as we stayed for a week and had to use more than 5 devices at any given point. The A/C in the room is not great. It blows directly at you when you sleep making it harder to enjoy uninterrupted sleep. We stayed in one of the suites which are fairly small, but cozy.

  Wonderful boutique hotel in the center of Bozeman

  I had a wonderful three night stay at the element hotel in downtown Bozeman. The hotel is very quiet the rooms were clean and they included a kitchen with the refrigerator freezer dishwasher stove and microwave. The front desk clerks Sara and Casey went out of their way to be extremely kind and generous. I had spoken to Sara a few nights before asking her some questions about my arrival in the amenities and she was gracious on the phone and very helpful. When I checked in she was excited to see me gave me a great room and was knowledgeable during my stay. Casey was also a pleasure to work with the front desk and was extremely kind and helpful Pool pool here is beautiful there are outside fire pits and a business computer free of charge. I definitely recommend this hotel for trip to Bozeman Montana!

  When in Bozeman ....The Element consistently delivers a terrific experience!

  Having stayed here on several occasions in the last year, The Element really goes the extra mile to ensure that the stay/experience is optimal. Not only is the hotel immaculate, and their rooms clean and spacious, CV-19 protocol is followed (masks must be worn inside hotel) but also, as important, the staff is always friendly and professional. And when an issue has surfaced (and minor ones have), the manager/staff was quick to remedy. It is not always about the positive aspects that matter most, it is also about how challenges are addressed when they surface. And The Element wins on both fronts!

  The Element is home when in Bozeman.

  Our family has been traveling to Bozeman for close to a decade. For the past several years, we have been making a point to stay at The Element in downtown Bozeman. The location is central to all dining and shopping venues. The rooms are spacious and offer mountain views. The cost is affordable and competitive with other hotels in similar proximity. The best part of a stay at The Element is the staff and their attention to detail. The team at this hotel are friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in your personal story and that you enjoy your stay with them. We have even spent holidays and the staff have accommodated our family with holiday decorations and a separate room in which to enjoy our celebration dinner. Our dog has always been welcome and we know he enjoys the many treats and attention showered on him by the team at The Element. We have stayed at this hotel more than a dozen times. Some visits as long as 9 days, others as short as one overnight. Regardless, the visit is always filled with warm memories of interactions with the staff and town at this location. You can't go wrong with a stay at The Element.

  Excellent property

  Ive been staying at the element for nearly 5 years now and only choose the element when visiting Bozeman. Convenient location downtown and the rooms are always clean and quiet. Friendly and helpful staff always. Property also has a nice workout facility and full service restaurant. Truly cant miss if you choose to stay here!
