  que pena

  el hotel tiene una buena ubicacion.las habitaciones requieren alguna actualizacion. era obligatoria la media pension y la verdad es que era bastante decepcionante. el personal habla muy poco y mal ingles. la gran sorpresa fue la cocina del restaurante de la piscina con una muy buena presentacion y calidad del producto,y,por supuesto el restaurante de comida turca con una variedad y calidad extraordinaria. otra experiencia fantastica fue el embarcadero privado convertido en solarium durante el dia y,perfectamente acondicionado como restaurante para las noches con una buena cocina. una queja comun es la reierativa musica en la piscina y lo alto de su volumen ,que aunque te quejaras seguia igual.parece que la musica era para los empleados del hotel y no para los clientes. por supuesto que para los españoles acostumbrados a nuestros hteles a este se le caerian una o dos estrellas,pero teniendo en cuenta la media de marmaris posiblemente valdria un 4 estrellas.

  Good location, good hotel and food due to the circumstances.

  This was a last minute booking and it was a great holiday even under the circumstances of the global pandemic. We arrived at 11.30pm on the Saturday. We were greeted by a lovely receptionist who took our temperature and had us fill out our forms (Covid and sign in). We went to our room which was an amazing room. Best weve had in Turkey as we've visited quiet a lot in the past. A very french/elegant type room as well as some food that was delivered to our room (chips and a baguette with ham) which was perfect from our long journey. The hotel was situated on the strip of Marmaris which plenty of bars and nightlife on offer and all were open. They had 2 pools which both were great and had plenty of sun loungers but this maybe due to the current situation. The front pool was on the front od the strip which included a bar and the 2nd pool which was quieter without music had a waterfall and a bar. This pool area also held lunch which was nice to have a few days (burgers, chips, pasta etc). The bars were nice but didn't have much options when it came to cocktails as they only has Sex on the Beach and Pina Colada. The beer was nice as well as the very generous mixers but again, only had Gin, Vodka and Brandy. Other hotels in the past had a larger selection on offer. The food was okay. Not much of a selection but again, due to current circumstances this could of been the reason to why as they had empty stalls for the buffet. There was a McDonald's near by as well as shops which you could visit but due to the in hotel shop, we rarely visited the super markets. The gym was well equipped and had good air con which was a godsend as it was very hot there during our stay. The activities guy also was polite and offered any help by giving us his WhatsApp and offered us some good activities to go on. We chose the Scuba diving and it was honestly one of the best things I had done while visiting Turkey and would 100% do it again. All in all I felt this deserved a 4 out of 5 due to the food being abit lack luster. Knowing Turkey, you expect this as a 5 star hotel isn't really a 5 star standard; but again, it was a fun and relaxing 7 day holiday.

  Very soulless and disappointing

  We have been travelling through Turkey for 5 weeks and this was the most disappointing hotel we have stayed in. It is soulless with no character nor atmosphere. We understand this is difficult pandemic times but we are here paying to keep the hotel buoyant. Apart from a few staff, the general attitude is couldnt careless. Not a happy, smiley place to stay. We couldnt wait to leave. We were All inclusive. The food is basic and little choice. We were told all drinks were available. It wasnt truthful. Virtually every drink displayed was imported and an extra cost. The all inclusive drinks choice was so limited and poor. The pool music was so loud with rave music beating out it was impossible to relax, read or sleep. We never used it despite its appeal. Although the young pool staff seemed to enjoy it. In our opinion this hotel doesnt come close to a 5 star. It was so disappointing we couldnt wait to leave.

  Excellent Hotel, perfect management!

  Everything for everyone, relaxation for myself and my wife and plenty to do for my kids. The staff in all departments were absolutely amazing, attended to our every need. We had the sea-view suite very comfortable and plenty of space. Entertainment was perfect for the evening along with a great choice of food for all tastes. Highly recommend the spa Turkish bath treatment followed by the Bali massage, it was that good we booked the same experience for the next day. Beach is pebbly but comfortable sun loungers and relaxing atmosphere. The gym was outstanding. Bravo Elegance and its great managers Okan & Ebru who's exactly how an all inclusive should be.
