  A fairly decent stay

  The hotel is fine for business in and around Madina but a little far for those who want to visit the Masjid Ul Nawabi (The Holy Prophet's Mosque). Please check your room for wifi connectivity prior to opting to stay. Connectivity is bad on some floor.

  Good hotel for the price you pay

  Stayed for a week with family of 5. Decent and clean room but TINY ROOM SIZE. Good staff and willing to help. You get what you pay for, and for what you pay compared to other hotels around the prophets mosque, its pretty good. Check in and check out smooth. Location not bad, around 5 minutes walk, will be longer for women. Close to date market. Breakfast also good, not your 5 star breakfast with many many options but you'll get the usual fried, scrambled,boiled eggs, soup, croissants, wedges/hash brown/ potato croquettes, grilled vegetables, small selection of breads, donuts, pastries as well as dips and salads.

  Good location, good rooms, good WIFI, front desk staff need training

  Some front desk staff are professional, others are gloomy! Yet most of them mostly reply in an impatient manner as if they're doing you a favour by replying, not to mention giving you a room! Concierge desk staff are excellent. WIFI is good in lobby and rooms. Operator takes a very long time to answer, and sometimes don't. No front desk or operator service at night!!! No one answer, and lobby is empty, blank, zero!! Operator lady is so impatient and wants to close the call before you even finish you request. I've requested wake-up call at 4 am in the morning for two consecutive night and reconfirmed the time, and I've received a clear confirmation of the time, yet it never happened! Never for the two nights!!! Later I was told that the front desk staff don't work at night!! What if I had a flight to catch!!? Not to mention missing the Fajr payer!!? Rooms are generally clean with good amenities, bathrooms are shower cabins are very small, and you could clearly hear the conversation of other people in their rooms via the bathroom!! Had to close the bathroom door at night! Upon check out, I've accidentally met the Reservation Manager and Training Manager whom were kind enough to invite me for coffee and listen to all my remarks and ask me to write them down with promises of improvement.

  Good hotel

  Had a good check in experience alhamdulilah. Fast and efficient. Room was OK, small tho. bathrooms do need a bit of maintenance being a 4star hotel. Proximity to masjid nabawi is not to bad. About 5-10 minute walk entering through gate no 6. Do offer shuttle for older people. Lots of shops around. Pakistani and Turkish restaurant nearby. For the price I think it's worth it. Room cleaning was punctual. Guest relations was good.

  Good hotel

  This hotel is 10min walk from Masjid Al Nabwi gate number 6. There are restaurents around the hotel in walking distance. Room was nice. Date market was also near to the hotel. Staff was good.overall we haf nice stay at the hotel.
