    Siempre bien

    Hace ya 7 años que siempre que vengo a Jeddah me hospedo en este hotel. No creo que tenga rival relación calidad- precio -ubicación -comida. Siempre limpio, personal atento y muy buen desayuno o cena. No le pongo la máxima puntuación porque el mobiliario está un poco anticuado. Pero siempre volveré.

    Need Improvement for Room

    Visited in June Food was great, never get tired with their salad The hotel staff and restaurant staff is super friendly and helpful. The receptionist might need to learn english though. However, the hotel supervisor (front desk) was really helpful to our family during our trip. We had a bad travel agent who looks like book the room from someone else so our families did not get the room as we wanted. But the he arranged our room very well. The room can be improved, especially its cleanliness as the cleaner staff was not really vacuumed well.

    Never again.

    I hope they paid the photographer well. He certainly knew how to turn a shows ear into a silk purse. Back to Citadines I go. There unclean smells on the communal areas. Only one socket to charge my phone and that was in the bathroom. Reception was not particularly friendly. Decor a bit shabby. Could have been good in a past time. Situated in a poor area. Enough said. Never again.

    Great hotel, prime location

    It is a well managed hotel with very friendly and professional staff, comfortable rooms, fast and reliable WiFi Great buffet restaurant, breakfast with lovely view. One minute walk to Al Balad historic old town. With shops, museums and lovely neighbourhood.

    out-dated, shabby and tired! never again!

    We chose this hotel only because of the location, close to the historical city of Jeddah, and that was the only one thing we liked about this hotel! The hotel claims to be a 4 star hotel but in such condition and service, 2 star is much for this hotel. I booked for two persons but had to pay extra for the breakfast! and the breakfast was very boring and basic. There were only two staff. The staff in the reception is not welcoming neither well trained. The furniture is very old, dirty, shabby and worn out. The TV is not working properly. The charging sockets are very old, not in use anymore, maybe for 20 years ago! we had to borrow adapters to use them and it was very hard to do so. The parking space is limited. The swimming pool was not clean so we didn't use it. We regret to stay in this miserable hotel and will never ever stay there. I don'trecommend this hotel at all, find an other and better hotel to stay!
