Stunning!
It's a beautiful hotel, a new one in the town at a prime location. However, it does have a shopping mall in the lobby which has some international brands and cafe. Like I refer it - it's a shopping place, not a wandering place.

Nice hotel untrained staff
Hotel is really amaizing very beautifull. Breakfast staff are amaizing and they really know how to make the customer feel like a king. However staff at reception is not trained. They dont have basic curtosy. They dont really know how to deal with the customer queries. They are really cold.

Terrible
We took a four days vacation and decided to choose that hotel because of the swimming pooI and the mall under the hotel. will describe my experience in points to be clear Why the one star? Its for the lobby it looks nice and the breakfast is not bad too Swimming pool? We choose this hotel because of the swimming pool and when we arrive it was small and no service we saw the life guard for like 5 minutes or less then nothing, no towels no water no pillows or Cushions on the chairs no thinnnnng its like abandoned place its so dull . And the funny thing is ,that boring ugly swimming pool is closed on Sunday and Monday because the life guard that I mentioned is never seen takes these two days off these days Cleanliness: the cleaning is bad the toilet has things from people stayed before on the sink in the trash under the chair. P.S no room service will clean your room unless you order room cleaning dont think its like any 5 star hotel which should clean at certain hours and refresh your room without order nooooo you have to order room cleaning , and no one tell us that when we check in ((wierd) The location?? Its bad nothing around without a car noisy streets no sound isolation you will feel the car passing inside your room .. the mall under the hotel its closed for ever They ruined our vacation big time. It should be described as 3 stars hotel I mean it.

The quickest in and out - Unorganized Hotel booking and Reception
I have booked in this hotel ahead of time for two connected rooms . I have booked through phone as connected rooms options normally could not be booked via websites . During reservations I have asked for two connected rooms or a suite and a connected room. There were only connected rooms available - a twin and a king room. So I booked the connected rooms. I have asked for assurance and confirmation if the connected room is confirmed they assured me yes . On the day of my travel I got a call from the hotel at 2 pm asking about my arrival time , which was expected to be 9:30 to 10 pm. I asked again whether connected rooms are confirmed and they advised yes rooms will be ready and they are connected. I also asked whether there is a possibility to upgrade to a suite and a connected room. They advised to check upon arrival with the reception however the connected rooms are confirmed . Upon arrival I was surprised by the reception telling me there are no connected rooms available ! And they tried their best to accommodate The request ! Then another gentleman came in and looked for options and then voala , the last two connected rooms are available . However it will take an hour to be ready ! I asked whether there is a suite and a room near to it at least , he said not even that and actually they will be ok separate floors!. So , I decided to cut this joke and look across the street to book in Assila hotel , and asked for what I wanted and got it on time without having to leave my family and kids after a long travel for an hour waiting for two rooms In Galleria . It is unfortunate to have such poor booking management and system in such a hotel in a prime location . I dont think I will think of booking there again . After all the rooms are much more smaller than Assila and price not much difference . And definitely not worth the humiliation of having to wait an hour for a room that has been confirmed multiple times .
