  Dirty - cant recommend

  Only place weve ever stayed that I requested a full bed linen change - burn holes and blood on the bedspread with weirdly fresh looking marks on the sheets. I can overlook a lot of things like the funky mix of tattered furniture and gold leaf mirrors, car on blocks in the lot and even the obviously sticky not properly cleaned floors but gross and dirty bed linen is a deal breaker. The manager changed the linen and we stayed but honestly I just cant recommend this place.

  Good price and convenient location

  We had a good experience here. Check in was very fast which was good because we were exhausted and wanted to get to dinner and sleep. Staff was also quite friendly. Property has all ground floor units but we didn't see much other than our room. The location was excellent for us , just minutes from every place we wanted to go. Room was pretty standard. It was clean, had a large TV, microwave, fridge ect. For the price we couldn't have asked for much more.

  Basic Roadside Inn

  Simple room in an older motel. The room should have been cleaner, but the sheets were clean and the bed adequate. The price matched the quality. Ok for a quick overnight sleep if passing through Yuma, AZ

  Was very pleased

  I don't know where to begin, except I was very please with the room, Very Clean, Beds where very comfortable, and the Staff was so pleasant to deal with. We originally scheduled a room with 2 Queen beds, but when the staff saw my husband he suggested 2 king size beds because there was 4 of us staying in the room and a little dog. I can't begin to tell you how much room we had with all 4 of us in the room. I will definitely stay at this hotel again and I will tell my friends about it. To the Staff if you read this thank you for being so nice and easy to work with. We will be back This Motel is all ground floors so it is very accessible

  I can't believe how highly this place is rated on Tripadvisor

  My SO and I took one step inside this place and turned around. The bed is old with indentations in the mattress. The furniture upholstery is worn down. It smells poorly. Only for the tightest budgets!
