  Reasonable price

  The price is reasonable. The hotel is subject for further improvements: Window Blinds are dirty, room 7 main door needs alignment, while the door knob in the common CR near the lobby, needs replacement. The staff and security guards are friendly, except the one in the reception, she is fine but too slow in issuing receipts etc. TV cable is useless, I cannot find local stations like GMA nor ABS, except radio coverage via TV. No wifi access inside the room..so sad. But overall, the hotel is clean.

  Average Hotel

  The hotel is not in the city centre yet it is accessible to public transportation so not really a biggie unless you want a busy environment. It is walking distance to Robinson's Jaro Mall so it is very likely that you can buy anything you need from there including "pasalubong" because there is a Biscocho Haus stall in that mall. You can even watch a movie if you have time to spare. Staff are friendly and accommodating. They let us hung out in the lobby when we were already checked out and they kept our luggage because we had a late evening flight. No elevator though, so this could be a problem for those who don't like using the stairs. Also, the free breakfast is actually from Jollibee with only 4 breakfast meals to choose from. There were towels, small soap, shampoos in sachet provided. Kind of weird though that no toilet paper was given. Not sure if it was an oversight but we were just too lazy to go down and ask for one. They don't have a phone in the room too. But it is clean.

  Affordable, accessible hotel.

  Affordable, accessible place. Very near Robinsons mall. Wifi available on the ground floor reception area. ,Free breakfast which comes from a fast food joint. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Immediate response on requests made. Generally clean. Toilletries limited to a bar of soap and shampoo. When we were there they were installing wifi connection to upper floors. At night there are street food around the area. Quite safe though.

  Budget hotel

  This hotel is an old hotel located near the center if the city. It is cheap with friendly staff. It has wifi connection and cable tv in the room. They also provide hot shower. However, it does not have elevator.

  Great Location and accomodating staffs

  Less than 5 minutes walk to Robinsons Jaro . Near Jaro Cathedral. Very accessible to public transport. Have small eateries and salon along the streets. Walking distance to Salog Spa where I usually have a massage and ventosa whenever Im in IloIlo. Separate review for Salog Spa. Very accomodating and friendly staffs. Can pre order breakfast (Jollibee breakfast menu). Just be carefull not to leave your food too long on the table coz ants would come so fast. The one that I booked thru agoda doesnt include breakfast. Cons: no free water bottle, no hair dryer, no kettle, no fridge. If you just need a clean place to sleep this will be a budget friendly choice. Overall we had a nice stay at El Haciendero.
