  Amazing

  Masukiye is a beautiful place where you can eat beautiful food, amazing hotel & the staff are friendly & helpful, it is clean , the decoration are really calm & uitable, their breakfast is richy & varied.

  Great location

  We stayed with a large group of friends and enjoyed it very much. The rooms were great withe a nice view. Breakfast was also very good. Criticisms I have are no alcohol in the hotel and no nice outdoor sitting place; the best place was reserved for a smoking area!

  Overall nice hotel with flaws which can be fixed easily

  We just stayed there over the weekend with family members and overall enjoyed it. As it is still a quite new hotel (opened FEB 16) we have seen some flaws which should be fixed if this place wants to stay popular: 1) There were many little defects in the rooms (i.e. loose water tap in bath room, bad finishings, not-working lamps etc.) which harmed the overall positive picture of the hotel. 2) The installation of the sprinkler system was bad, the pipes were all visible and disturbed the nice design of the room 3) The walls weren't exactly soundproofed, we could hear the talking and TV sound from the neighbour room. 4) Rooms are heated by A/C system, but for such places which are used mainly for snow holidays you need to install radiators. After our cold and snowy day at the hill (Kartepe) we all had wet socks and shoes which we could hardly dry using the hair dryer! 5) Breakfast was very good with a wide range of tasty food and nice Turkish tea, but it was a nightmare for coffee drinkers. The only offer was normal granule coffee (most probably Nescafe) and milk powder! I couldn't believe that they didn't have a coffee machine at all, this is a no-go! I believe if the management will take care of these issues on time, this "new" hotel will grow even faster to a popular place and attract a more international client base, otherwise they might face more problems on the long run and might need to drop rates to fill the hotel. However, they already have the most important asset which is people. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Hopefully they can keep their spirit always on top.

  What am awesome place

  I have traveled all over the world First of all the manager Fakhredin took care of us by upgrading us into a fantastic suite And then we had this great dinner with live music The rooms are tastefully done and the bathrooms are also very modern and clean Overall this is a great place to stay

  Great for families & couples

  Many hotels in the area host middle eastern families, most of the hotels ask for marriage certificate which is very absurd but this hotel doesn't have this type of discriminatory procedure. The staff was extraordinarily helpful and polite compared to a 3-star hotel. Foods were extremely delicious and there were many different variants both in the dinner and breakfast buffets! Right on the way to the ski resorts, plateaus, camping sites, viewpoints, cafes and restaurants, and also close to the creeks and lakeside picnic areas. Hotel's manager was a young fella, who had a deep knowledge about the town. He advised me a very nice mountain & city view restaurant in the evening to go for a drink! Pros + Rich breakfast buffet + Rich dinner buffet + Extremely polite and helpful staff + Very new, and modern interior design + Fresh rooms and bathroom + Complimentary toiletries, bottles of water, Nescafe and tea bags + Distance to main attractions + Very large garden with beautiful bird nests on the trees + Alcoholic beverages can be ordered at the restaurant & rooms (most hotels in the area don't offer this service) + Free car park Cons - Thin walls (can easily hear a neighbor when they speak loudly) - I called the reception to complain about a noisy neighbor but no actions were taken (I suppose they never called the room since I could hear their talk but their phone never rang) - Quite expensive SPA services compared to Istanbul 3-4 star hotel SPAs (A 60-minute massage costs 200 TL) - No free hammam usage, no indoor swimming pool (since the hotel deserves to be a 4 star but I assume due to no indoor swimming pool, they got 3 stars only)
