  Horrific!

  First of all, payment in advance. Expensive, old narrow corridors. My first room was awful, the toilette was torned out from the floor, fetid smell and A/C located in front of bed instead of in top on, that means impossible to sleep with it turned on. Windows bad closed, not isolated. Nobody in the kitchen at 08,00 AM, nothing prepared; Just an omelette and slices of bread, really poor breakfast. Fortunately, housekeeper supported me to change immediately my room, even she was told off for it. No apologies for nobody. Finally, no shuttle service

  Fantastic

  Stayed over a week, around the last days of January 2018. Staff members are quieter, not charming no interactive; rooms were beautiful with WIFI, however the landline phone was not working and didn't fix over the all week. Water in the bath pool didn't have an exit root. No warm water in the bath room. In the toilet, only toilet papers were available for cleaning after excretion, no water to splash or pour over the body; the maid was not sharp in exchanging toiletries, mostly until you inform some this is not in order. The restaurant does not cater for the lunch either dinner,but only breakfast.

  Wonderful night for Orner Family

  The staff was very helpful and kind. Festus helped us find Korobite hotels since we did not have a phone or computer. He called an Uber taxi for us too. Roda at the front desk gave us a wonderful recommendation for dinner at the local hi-rise mall. The manager (sorry I lost his name) escorted us to rooms and turned on the AC, the sheets were brand new and the bed so comfortable. We really appreciated the down-home hospitality especially since we were from USA traveling to the beautiful country of Ghana.

  Good stay

  The staff are very helpful. I havent been back to Ghana for a while so their readiness to assist was super. Breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable. I had no problem doing payment upfront. I only didnt like the location of the A/C. Otherwise, I had a good time. Thanks to Rhoda, the two other ladies and the management. Keep improving.

  Nice customer service and location

  We stayed here for a few days, after a different hotel had over booked, and we were very happy to be here. First of all, the customer service was better than we experienced anywhere else in Ghana. If you have a problem, they will try to fix it immediately, or will find someone else who can (whether its in your room or you need a taxi, have a question, etc) . Also, the location is perfect, and nearby many banks, restaurants, shops, etc. There is even a club nearby, but yet the rooms are very quiet. At the same time, I do admit, there are some parts of the room that could use some maintenance (toilet, shower), but these problems ARE VERY COMMON in the hotels in Ghana, so it didnt bother us, and we were just happy to be at a hotel that was friendly, a good price, and in a good location. We would go back simply for the customer service, the big comfy beds and airco, and the quiet room for a reasonable price.
