Eftalia ¡agujero infecto!

Lovely part of the WorldHad a great time with 3 boys of varying age. All the staff were very friendly, cleaners, entertainers, bar staff, waiters, reception included. Food was really good some days, on others perhaps the English diet is slightly missing. However the hotel caters for the majority of tastes. Would recommend the hotel and can only say good things about the people that worked in the hotel.

Racist and horrible! Avoid at all cost!being honest i wouldn't even rate it one star! where do i start, the first day it rained so kids wanted go in the indoor pool ( as advertised) the receptionist said it was broken, when they finally understood us, she said speak to her manager. asked a worker who spoke better English who told us it was not broken at all they just didn't want unlock it. Brilliant start then we go to dinner to find they only serve Russian food and do not cater for English so mainly fish. The entertainment was Russian and music so couldn't really join in any fun, so we go up to the room ,12 am, baby wakes up and cries so the person next room decided to punch the wall, lovely so we told reception who knocked on the room for us, so the next morning the guy decided to throw me into a door. Brilliant, go to the reception who laughed in our faces and said oh well you're British, again brilliant. We ring the Police who turn up and say they wont do anything , people pushed us all week , they tried charge if you had Malibu , even though it was all inclusive. amazing. it was just an awful hotel. The rooms are disgusting, stink and are moldy. The food is disgusting, poisoned in it WE THREW UP EVERY NIGHT, pay attention to the freshness of the products as it was all used food from the night before The beach is disgusting, the workers smoke everywhere so it stinks of cigarettes , the sun loungers all stink of dog, as dogs sleep on them at night, cats come in the dining hall while you're eating . At the hotel in stores prices are 3-4 times higher than normal. NOT A HOTEL FOR BRITISH AND TRAVEL AGENCY WILL BE CONTACTED SOON!! AVOID AT ALL COST

AvoidOn arrival we were given the wrong room that we had paid for. The hotel wasn't full so it wasn't due to being overcrowded. Eventually after 2 attempts we were given the room we booked. The food was very poor and bland. It is true, the food is recycled from the previous sitting. Some mornings were brussel sprouts in a watery cheese sauce for breakfast. Every meal was pastry with cheese, rice, sphagetti and chicken. If you are planning on taking children, do not bother as there is nothing for them to eat. We paid for all inclusive but there were no snacks as the snack bar was closed. There was a patisserie but this was just leftover cake from the night before or lunch. Swimming pool had slides that were supposed to be open from 10.00-12.00 and 14.00-16.00 but the times changed everyday as and when the lifeguard wanted to switch them on. On one day we were told they were automatic but it was a switch they flicked on to release water down the slides. If you challenged them their English deteriorated very quickly. On the last day we asked for the slides to be put on and was told 11am we were patient and waited til 11.15 still kept being told 11. When I pointed out it was 11.15 they laughed and spoke in Turkish. Two minutes later a Russian family asked and the slides went on straight away. The hotel is very russian orientated too. There are a lot of stray cats and dogs around the resort, there were people chucking the cats in the pool and the staff done nothing. Entertainment was all Russian music apart from one or two songs that were around 15 to 30 years old. It was the same playlist every night and went on til midnight. The staff were friendly but are very friendly towards young children, this got my partner on edge, it was all innocent but it is something the British aren't used to. There is a shop inside the hotel, do not use he is extremely overpriced, there is a shop 100 yards up the road that is cheaper. The equivalent shop up the road was 10 euros cheaper. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere so there is nothing to do within a 15mile radius. With all the above in mind we did go out of season and may be a different case in season. But our opinion is a very poor hotel and is cheap for a reason.

Excellent family resortMe and my family stayed here for 2weeks 1st August to the 15th August. We previously stayed the year before and loved it that much we decided to book again. The staff are so welcoming and accommodating... Kenan, arif, mustafa x two, yusuf, Mario, mot, serif, niko. The lady receptionist such a helpful person All amazing and went above and beyond. Whisky cola. Gin & tonic, The food was lovely, especially Turkish night my kids never went hungry. Entertainment every night for children and adults... Bingo bango. Foam parties happened twice a week and my kids loved it. Inside pool was a dream when it got too hot Outdoor pools x three, were amazing as was the slides. Lifeguards were brilliant always interacting with us. Security are amazing and spot on Hotel was lovely, beautiful surroundings, not far from alanya 10 minutes via bus. McDonald's down the road as is a shopping centre. Kleopatra beach one word amazeballs. Onsite beach was beautiful and a lot of various things to do... Loads of day trips available, market outside resort. We will be booking again for the third time, we loved every minute of it and two weeks was not long enough.
