Not too bad of a place to stay but needs improvement.
We arrived really early hours of the morning to the hotel which was a long transfer ride from the airport...around 3 hours! We was checked in fairly quickly to our rooms and was assisted with luggage in the lift to room (which during the stay we was asked to swap 3 times as they had over booked and needed to accommodate other travellers) overall, the hotel was cleaned well daily and any bedding/towels needed the cleaners was very nice and always happy to help. The food at the hotel wasnt great unless your not English, however there was something to eat at a push( mainly chips) but if you like kebabs or jacket potato theres a good shop about 5 minute walk on the same side of the hotel up the street where its cheap to buy this type of foods. The pool in the hotel was clean however half covered by shade of the hotel. Sunloungers was all taken fairly early in the morning so you had to queue for them. The staff in the restaurant was quite rude and not happy to help however reception staff are the complete opposite. The entertainment on a Thursday was repeated every Thursday so got boring and wasnt anything else on for the other days. Overall Id stay again but self catering.

cant wait
after working non stop through lockdown, me and my husband can't wait for a holiday, we stayed here last year and loved it so much we are staying again in September (hopefully!!) there was a mix up with rooms but resolved after 2 days, this time we are hoping for a room that overlooks the street front and terrace, love the staff, lady in manicure shop lovely, as were all the staff cant wait to see you all again soon!!! Mr and Mrs Todd Manchester

Best Location, Excellent hotel, good staff.
We loved it so much last year July 2019 we are coming back this year in July 2020 hopefully? The staff is good. The food is excellent. The location is brilliant. Right in front of the beach and right next to shops restaurants and a mosque. Can go for long walks along the long beach. Beach facilities are good too. You can go for a walk in the evening along with the restaurants and shops. Don't really get hassled by shop keepers. Nice amusement area for kids and adults. Very lively. A small road train can take you up and down at a little charge. Can go to the castle a must-do and Cleopatra beach cable cars. The hotel is in an excellent location to go everywhere and not really get tired. Everything is close by. Would highly recomend.

Not the best but okay. No WiFi and basic food
Could do with improvements. Some rooms are not the best and dont have wifi, luckily mine did from the balcony. WiFi is available in the hotel reception where everyone has to sit to use. Room was good compared to other rooms I had seen. The only downfall is the food which was a poor variety. The hotel grounds are small but safe which was a positive as they had security walking around as it is open. Pool was not appealing but the spa facilities were really nice and offered the Turkish hammam with a lovely ladies working there. Just across from the beach which was nice but quite a little walk to main areas.

One of the best places weve been too
Our first time in turkey we stayed here twice in 2019 once in June for 10 nights and in August for 10 nights during our stay in August we got upgraded to Eftalia Aqua for free which was amazing, the hotel itself is gorgeous very well cleansed and rooms cleaned daily by great cleaning ladies, the food was a good variety the receptionist are amazing couldnt be anymore helpful, the restaurant staff was lovely, felt very safe as they had security outside the hotel at all hours, the pool and sunbeds were cleaned every night, all in all we had a great holiday thankyou to the reception staff& all the other staff for making our holidays one of the best! we cant wait to come back!
