Pésimo trato
Estuve en Eftalia Aqua Resort en Semana Santa 2015. Pasé allí 3 días. Al principio parecía un hotelazo, con muchas instalaciones, playa privada, etc. Pero destacar que el trato es pésimo. Tuvimos varios problemas a la hora de las comidas, porque nos hacían pagar cosas constantemente (como la bebida. Cosa que en Turquía pagas SIEMPRE aparte. Jamás entra en los menús). Dado el color de la pulsera que te ponen en recepción cuando haces el check-in; hay cosas en el buffet que no puedes coger. Bien, pues en ninguna parte hay carteles informativos de lo que puedes o no coger, así que mientras estás comiendo tranquilamente, vienen camareros con la facturita a decirte que eso que estás tomando (llámese agua, té, etc) no está incluido y lo tienes que pagar a parte. Bochornoso... Las habitaciones no estaban mal. La playa privada, muy mal cuidada. MUY ALEJADO. El pueblo más cercano está a 20 km. En definitiva: NO VUELVO.

Good experience.
I came to Eefatia Aqua resort for an all inclusive package hoiday with my daughter of 9 years at the last minute. it was booked as my previous package holiday to Majorca was cancelled. I got an excellent deal form London Gatwick 7 nights stay £552 all inclusive plus transfers. Great Bargain from sunshine. I have been to Turkey many times in the past. I would say that the hotel caters for everyone old and young. Hotel is clean and staff are very polite and friendly especially Derya the adult entertainer was very friendly and courteous. The hotel is situated on a busy road but has under path to the beach which has many facilities to cater for everyone. Childrens pools, zip line, slides, bars etc. The food is not brilliant for a 5 star hotel would have expected more of a variety. But I think due to the Covid aswell as the end of season might be the reason for less variety. Out side the resort has Sunday market/Bazar which has lots to see and buy. Make sure to haggle to get the best price. ATM is situated 100 meters from the hotel where you can see local shops.

Disappoinment
We came the hotel with my boyfriend. Before we came, we read the reviews which all lie, not real. The first recommendation is for you , don't trust the reviews.. We came the hotel in the middle of September. The weather was amazing. But the hotel was full even it is a randemic prosess. The pool was full. But it was clean. The staffs were friendly but some of them were screaming all the time. In the hotel especially in the restaurant there was NO SOCIAL DISTANCE!!! In the restaurant all the time the same menu. It's not for English people. Specially breakfast. There was no toast!! There is only morning animation, in the nights no animation. It was all inclusive but coctails are extra. If you want to come this hotel, think twice.

Not the best holiday
Stayed here for a week did not enjoy this holiday I couldnt wait to get home the rooms were ok , food was nice but the whole experience was spoilt by very rude people ! The meal times were a nightmare mainly russians pushing in the queues to feed there faces wouldnt wait for there turn we started to eat out most the time to avoid this but when you pay for all inclusive you shouldnt have to feel like that !!! I wouldnt return to this hotel again rather pay abit extra and stay somewhere else where people dont act like its going to be there last meal and parents letting there kids run a wild !!!

Staff hitting on your missis
It was 2 years ago we stayed ere with my partner and two young boys, the hotel its self was great, disappointed in the room tho which was supposed to be a family room, they had a pull out chair for my eldest son, he couldnt sleep on that for two weeks so I upgraded to swim up rooms, these rooms was well worth paying for, loads of space, away from all the noise. Holiday was going great, until the 3 day in, I left the restaurant to get the boys beach stuff from the room, I left my partner and two boys, for her to tell me when I came back that the waiter boy was asking for her Facebook, snap code and inster account, saying how nice she looked, I reported this to the receptionist, they brought him down to use, they asked if I wanted him sacked for what he had done, I couldnt do that to him as he looked frightened to death. All was then going ok, until yet again one of the bar staff was asking her if she was married, is the your boyfriend, are those your kids, this was none of his business, normal questions like where you from, how long are you ere for, you having a good time is acceptable. The final straw was on the slides on the beach, for the last 10 days one of the life guards had been shouting me over, telling me to go down first on a slide which was just to big for my youngest son, wait at bottom dad for him, as I had gone down and he sent my son after, he was chatting my girlfriend up, she did take the bait this time, the following night she left out the hotel with him for a walk behind my back, I caught her out, she had txt on her phone, I tuck her to the reception, they did this time sack him on the spot, they did pay for me and my boys to go in the jet skis to say sorry for what had happened, but to be honest after spending 3.5k on a holiday for 2 weeks. She did spend the last 3 days in the reception area, but still there staff didnt leave her alone and tried to get her to go to a nightclub off the resort area,. I also spoke to a woman on the bus and she had them saying things to her 14 year old daughter. The male staff are awful ere. But I cant knock what there is to do for the kids
