  New Year's Eve

  Nice place just across the beach, with nice views either from the room, either from the terrace. The room was very nice and clean. The hotel as a very good package of amenities: towels, beach chairs, bycicles... Also nice breakfast.

  Art Deco hotels.

  A one off stay on Ocean Drive to satisfy my husbands wish to see the Art Deco Hotels, which are impressive. The Edison hotel is everything expected - the staff were very helpful especially Pablo. Food as usual in the U.S plentiful and while eating watching the cars and scantily clad females passing by. Another life from that of the UK. Only point against this hotel is the lack of sound proofing which wasnt around in the twenties and being concrete difficult to block out the outside noises. All in all an experience. Thanks to all at the Edison Hotel

  Outstanding!

  We had such an amazing experience staying in this historic hotel. We were very fortunate to get an ocean view room and it was great fun watching the activity at "South Beach Central" where so many gather. The room was a perfect place to spend our anniversary and to remember history. Dad stayed in this very hotel while training in WWII. The service was excellent and the front desk staff, especially Dana, couldn't have been more helpful. We appreciated the towels and beach chairs and water to enhance our enjoyment of the beach. This is such a great location with access to the best of South Beach. We'll be back!!!!

  Impeccable service. Tips for 50+ travelers

  This hotel is on the beach. Its appealing to young hipsters that play music at all hours. Not a quiet retreat if youre over 50 and looking for peace. But the staff was gracious and professional from arrival to departure. The guys greeting us outside were so great, we overlooked the things that annoyed us (here is a list of the annoyances: 1) they charge $15 to use the spa space. Its not included in the $49 per day resort fee, 2) the hotel is modern, our room turned out to be a real mess because there are NO drawers in the dresser, nightstand or desk. Everything was just stacked on the floor. Not tidy. If youre traveling alone, or just for a weekend, this may not bother you. The location is good: coffee shop and liquor store across the street.

  Amazing

  This place is fabulous. The rooms are beautiful and the pool is super cool. They have a kid and an adult pool. Also, super close to the beach and they have a private area for just hotel guest. I would definitely go back.
