Recomendable
Recomendable. La relación calidad precio es correcta. Si vais en invierno hay que tener en cuenta que el tipo de clientela del hotel es árabe y la comida está adaptada a ellos. El trato recibido muy agradable.

Top staff although more of a 3 star then 4.
The hotel was very basic being from the UK Id rate it more as a 3 Star then 4 Star its a bit outdated and pool area and furniture not the cleanest, food was poor and aimed more for locals, entertainment wasnt the best for British people, although the staff was excellent big mention to Filali in the restaurant always providing world class customer service, Karim and Aymen were amazing on the bar, and Rihad who works night on reception always so happy and friendly.

Rating of hotel is 3 star not 4! Not catered for Brits
we stayed over for 2 weeks hols. Lovely staff those who can speak English! Emenities suggested on trip advisor are not in use like mini gold indoor pool under construction. Additional charge to use the indoor pool. Pool area could do with new sun loungers and a good clean up! Night entertainment could do with excitement repative entertainment! Main language spoken is French so unless u know this language very well you would be ok to comunnicate with staff. Some staff are really nice and freindly shout out to Karim and the restraunt staff. Its a shame to see the hotel owner shouting out load to the animation staff whilst the entertainment was going on!! Which ruined the evening! Was really unprofessional of him! The food was more catered for traditional tunisian and was repative.. we British struggled to eat ! this hotel really needs an uplift if they want to have more brits in this hotel they need to cater for their needs. specially by providing decent breakfast including toasts, baked beans, sausages, fried eggs etc.. toast was not even an option! Over all the cleanliness of the bedrooms and the hotel itself was really good. The signs placed by the foods in restraunt all written in French so u don't know what you're eating..basic amenities tea and coffee facilities in the bedroom were not provided. If ure all inclusive certain drinks are not included like mocktails!! That comes with an extra charge! No prayer facilities in the hotel for Muslim people! Including prayer Mats considering it's an Islamic country you would expect this.. I could go on! Let's just say the staff who works their made our holiday.. other then that the hotel is located in an ideal location! Thanks to the lovely brits we met at the hotel who we made good friends with and made our holiday a laugh!

Lovely Hotel
My partner and I stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks in September . We were greeted by a smiling receptionist our luggage was taken straight to our room. We found the room to be very pleasant. Nice big bed,plenty of storage space, bathroom was a good size with great shower.and bath.and very clean. Cleaners came in every day, clean bed, change of towels. Two things we really liked were a very quiet A/C and a fridge.These were included in the price of the room.GREAT. We had a balcony over looking the pool and garden. Only one thing was disappointing there were no English channels on the TV. As for the food well I am a fussy eater but I found something to eat every meal.( We were all inclusive.) British people were not catered for but we knew that would happen so we made the best of what was there. And we survived. It was OK. I love to sing so having Karaoke 3 nights while we were there was great. A big thank you to the the entertainment team who worked hard. The out door pool was big and very clean. There were plenty of beds for every one. We were in walking distance of the Medina and the Marina. We enjoyed every minute.Thank you to all.

Very beautiful
After the renovation of the hotel, it is really wonderful and very clean and the reception was at the international level and the outdoor pool is sophisticated design and the rooms are also fresh and clean. Room service did not delay in the request either. The evening was tightly organized, and the hotel's location is close to the amusement park and to the children's park on the whole
