  Trato exxccelente, situación regular

  El trato del personal del hotel es excelente, nos recomendaron restaurantes y cosas para visitar y las habitaciones del motel són sencillas pero estan limpias y son agradables. El único problema que tiene el motel es que no esta cerca del pueblo sino en la carretera y es necesario coger el coche para todo... supongo que no es tanto problema si te alojas en uno de los cottages con cocina, pero si estas en el motel necesitas salir para todo. A parte de eso, es un buen hotel a buen precio.

  Couldn't have been better for our first trip to Acadia!

  I stayed in room 21 (newly renovated room) with 3 other people and we were extremely satisfied with our stay! As soon as we got to the motel, we picked up our self check-in packet at the metal box outside the office with our key in it, then went to the room. As soon as we opened the door we knew the room would be awesome. Everything was sparkling clean, the kitchenette and the bar area (with stools and a nice wooden counter top/bar) are so beautiful with the big window overlooking the yard and the pond, the kitchenette is stocked with essential dishes/pots/pans/silverware if needed, and the front and back porch areas are beautiful!! Because of Covid, staying at places can be a bit more difficult for both guests and hosts - and Eden village did a wonderful job. They were very clear with their directions over email, and they sent a text with all the info we needed before we checked in. We decided after a day of our trip that we wanted to stay another night, and all I had to do was text them on the number provided and ask them, and they responded super quickly and very nicely and were able to book us the same room for one more night! We used the back deck and yard area to hang out and one night we grilled on the shared grill behind the motel (I think each cottage has their own grill). At first it didn't work but we found what I assume to be the owner(s) on the golf cart nearby and they helped us with figuring it out/refilling the propane right away. The back yard area is beautiful with a yard for activities (we played can jam/frisbee) and enough space to share with others if needed. There's also wild berry bushes in the back too, and a blue heron (I believe) that we saw several times by the pond which was cool. The weather was nice and fall-like when we stayed, but when it got hot the AC worked extremely well. The shower also had built-in shampoo-conditioner-soap dispensers if needed, and enough towels for us all (we re-used the towels during our stay bc of Covid precautions, but we were made aware of this before-hand so I was able to just bring a couple extra towels from home). We didn't have too much in-person contact with the owners but when we did see them they were extremely friendly and outgoing and I couldn't say enough good things about this place. :) It was about 10 minutes to bar harbor town which wasn't a bad drive. It's only a couple minutes down the road from a cute sandwich place called Mother's Kitchen that I highly recommend, especially if you're going to be going to the western side of the island (like by Echo Lake). I could go on about every little thing that made our stay great but I will end it by saying that next time I take a trip to Acadia, I will definitely be staying here! I've already recommended it to someone I know going to Acadia in October. Thank you so much!

  A Beautiful Family Getaway!

  We stayed in a cottage at Eden Motel & Cottages with our 7 year old son and 5 year old daughter and could not recommend it enough. The cabin was adorable and spotless with just enough room for all of us. The kids loved the playground and the pond, and we loved grilling outside for dinner each night. The owners were friendly and helpful, with a seamless contact-free checkin and checkout. Just a few minutes from Acadia and the adorable downtown area. We cant wait to return!

  Clean and sweet views

  The cottages are quaint but we stayed in the motel which was equally clean and nice views! My only surprise was how close some of the cottages were to the main road. So if you want more privacy and views ask them which cabin or any of the motel rooms as it sit the furthest from the road! Would definitely stay here again!

  Quick family getaway

  Eden Village was great! It was clean and comfortable for a family of 5. The accommodations are rustic and simple but had everything we needed. We went out on the paddle boat in the morning, and enjoyed sitting out on the back deck in the evening.
