  Exceptional Hotel. Stay of Wedding Guests

  We had a marriage function. We had booked the entire hotel for our guests in Eden from 20-23 Dec 2019. Even if I were to take a comb to find a fault, I will not be able to do so. Special Kudos to Mayank the owner and Mehboob, the manager. Both were always available at hand to provide anything that was required. Exceptional hospitality, homely staff, and a Never Say No Attitude makes this place worthy of a 7 Star rating. Rooms were comfortable and absolutely clean. Great ambience. Not a single complaint by our guests over a period of 03 days. The food quality was fantastic and served with pleasure. This place is real Value for money and MORE. Three cheers to Mayank and his team.

  Very comfortable Stay + Yummy food.

  We came for a wedding and the hotel was booked by the host. But we liked it so much that we extended our stay beyond the wedding. The breakfast was included in the cost and they served very good food. [This is a Pure Vegetarian Hotel - They only serve vegetarian food + Eggs] Lunch and Dinner was À la carte ordered from menu card. The food was freshly made and very tasty. The staff was great and always at our service. Few things in the rooms were not working but they got fixed immediately after we informed them about it. We definitely recommend this hotel.

  Nice hotel, modest price, excellent food and amazing staff

  We stayed here for 8 days I believe, and it was a very very good experience. Very good hotel. Positive: 1) Nice clean hotel. 2) Price was modest 3) Food was excellent in their restaurant. Very fresh and tasty food 4) Staff is amazing. They were serving roti one by one as it was prepared just like home. Any other service was quick and good. Very polite staff. Negative: 1) No lift, but stairs are not steep though. 2) Bathroom sink was choked in some rooms, but management didnt agree.....or I should say they didnt care. 3) No shop nearby, but autorickshaw's were available though. 4) They did not clean rooms if you were not present there.

  Great hotel with amenities to host events!

  My family stayed at Eden and found the rooms to be very spacious with all amenities provided. We also hosted two events in the garden space of the hotel and used their catering services. Everything was smooth - special thanks to Mayank for all the help in coordinating and arranging things as per our requirement. Food quality was excellent and all the vendors suggested by Eden also matched up to high standards. Will definitely recommend!

  Best budget hotel in the vicinity

  We booked out Eden for an entire event. It was a very smooth process of planning and execution run directly by Mayank. The food was good, the prices were reasonable and the service was top-notch. They even helped us connect to the decor, DJ and even a bar tender for the event. I think given that this was a very important event for us before our wedding, it went on very smoothly. We have no complaints. Entire staff is very coordial and well trained. It was very nice to see such hospitality in a city like Gurgaon.
