  Great hotel great food. Sooo comfortable room and of course leta not forget the entertainment team! Chef manga, SIMBA breakdancer , Casper Cristiano Ronaldo, Willy, Eva , Mike. Awesome team and variant shows. great atmosphere!!

  Hotel was nice and clean, very small balcony and basic room with bunk beds & 2 twin beds. Beautiful location with a private beach. Free kayaks, sunbeds & parasols. Some staff were very pushy especially when trying to sell trips. You just have to be firm and not give in so easily until you feel you're not getting ripped off. Food was ok but not brilliant and drinks were a bit limited. Plenty of wine, lager, vodka, cocktails, whisky and liqueur but no gin or Bailey's. You had to pay for those. The waiters, barmen & cleaners all wanted tips which we didn't mind giving but some were a bit full on. Cleaner wanted my make up brush, when I said no, she asked for my paracetamol! They just wanted something. Animation/entertainment team were brilliant. They made our holiday really enjoyable. Very hard working, loads of energy and great with the kids, constantly entertaining everyone with their impressive break dancing and comedy. Went on quad bikes and camel ride which was good fun. We booked for jet skis but that was cancelled twice due to bad weather but we got a refund. Very easy to change money in reception, no commission payed. Not many British people when we went, mostly Russians who were mostly rude, pushing in queues, taking all the fruit which was limited as it was. Our last night we walked 10 mins to safari restaurant for a treat and that's what we got. Fantastic food, drink and service. Overall, good holiday for what we paid. Family of 4, week all-in for less than £1300.

  Wouldnt go back if you paid me

  Me & 3 friends only English there. All the sales teams kept bombarding us all the time even though we said no. Theyd come up to us about 10 times a day, everyday. All the entertainment team VERY perverted asking me and friends for sex all the time, you cant relax at all as theyre around you all the time. Need a holiday to getting over this one!! Same food everyday single day. They play the same music / playlist everyday and night. Same routine. Boring. They only cater for Spanish, Germans and Russians. You can never get a sun lounger at the side of the pool. EVERYONE puts there towels out the night before. You cant draw no money out at reception or get any DN, nearest working cash machine is Sousse, 15 mins taxi ride. Wouldnt go back if you paid me.

  Cheap getaway to the sun

  I have given this hotel a rating of 3 as in it would be a 3 star. We paid £450 for 2 adults 1 child for a weeks all inclusive for the hotel booked at the last minute. Were given a nice welcome on arrival at 10am given cocktails and room was ready which we didnt expect. Had to pay tourist tax total of 28 dinar. Room was at back of hotel. Good size minimalist furniture. No kettle fridge or hairdryer and safe had to be hired at a cost of 3 dinar per day ( we did this and were asked for a 40 dinar deposit which when we asked for it back the hotel claimed they didnt take deposits for safe and we never got it back). Bathroom old fashioned shower over bath but functional and clean. Balcony was the smallest I have ever ever seen. Standing with arms out could easily touch both sides. Enough room for one chair. Rooms had air con but it was temperamental. Pools were all fantastic main pool noisy throughout the day with music booming as this was where entertainment was. Good size pool and bar nearby. Slide pool and kids pool at back of hotel also a bar there. Slides open 10 til 12 and 2 til 5. Beach was nice, a lot of seaweed some days depending on tide watersports available at a price but free kayaks and pedal boats. No beach bar as advertised. Food was not to our taste. Just the one main restaurant and we often struggled to make a meal. Mainly catered for Russians and Czech as they were main guests. Think we were the only British there but we didnt mind that other than the poor choice at meals. No issue with quality but restaurant very hot and stuffy all the time making it uncomfortable. We ate out a couple of times. Entertainment staff all friendly but not too pushy. Evening entertainment was same every single night. Day time activities were good. People going round selling trips, photo shoots etc all the time. Got a bit tiresome saying no several times a day. Location is good right on beach. Couple of shops in walking distance. Taxis very cheap but agree price first. Watch out for getting ripped off particularly by the photo man who wont commit to a price beforehand and when you go to see photos he trys to give you silly price. Small shop at hotel which sold essentials. Money can be changed at reception between 10 and 6. Given the price we paid we were happy for a week in the sun at the beach and that's what we got.

  It's a reap off!

  The waiters in this hotel will do everything to reap you off!! I was hanging out in this new Sardina club in Eden hotel on a Saturday night. To my surprise, when we asked for the bill, we have been overcharged (extra drinks, tons of extra plates as well). The waiters claimed they couldn't remove the several extra items. Sneaky service with poor management! Better avoid this hotel if you don't want to be REAPED OFF especially if you are a foreign tourist!!
