  Not for English travellers, stay elsewhere.

  We arrived here on the overnight train so early in the morning at 830am only able to check in the room at 2pm. Certain staff not very proactive Mainly Russians in the hotel and not very accommodating for English as every other hotel we have stayed in Vietnam were. The room was two small beds joined together to make a double, very thin walls, noisy neighbours (not the hotels fault) Breakfast; we were told breakfast finishes at 10am, we arrived there at 9:25am, where the lady requested to see our breakfast voucher which I found ironic as there was no food left anyway. Coffee was cold, no juice left, milk had turned a strange yellow colour and smelled and the food trays were empty, we did not return for breakfast the following day. I understand if we had turned up at 10am and food or drinks not being replaced but to arrive with 35 minutes left and there being hardly any food to eat and nothing was being replaced, was just poor service. I would not return to this hotel again.

  Handy location

  We all enjoyed our stay at Edele... Xuan Hieu (Harley) always greeted us with a smile and by name. The hotel is within easy walking distance to the beach, and provides a great buffet breakfast. Harley was helpful with directions to catch local buses and suggestions for the next stage of our journey.

  Nice Hotel

  I've been there for 3 days, the staff was amazing, the room it's big and confortable and clean Only the breakfast wasn't very good but outside you can found some very good restaurant, i very appreciated my journey there

  Great location

  Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Close to restaurants and shopping. I saw another review saying staff had limited English. I thought they were fairly skillful. They pointed me in the right direction for a good place for dinner. They knew when tour bus would pick up and even let me know when airport transfer was coming. Very helpful and friendly. Wish I had time to use the pool. I would rate higher than 3 star.

  nice hotel in Nhatrang

  good place to spent your night. we stayed here 2 night and had a good experiences. This Hotel is near the beach and many local restaurant. Its spoon is small but nice. Room is clean and very comfortable.
