Not the bestA friend and I have just stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. My friend confirmed twice that we needed 2 two single beds, when we arrived we were met by Guispepe, at reception he seemed to be friendly, however when we went to our room it was a double bed. We went back down to let them know, Pepe was outside smoking and we let him know that we had called specifically for 2 single beds, he said they have no rooms tonight but tomorrow he will sort out another room. In getting in the room, it's very basic, no tea coffee, no iron, bedsheets were torn, no shelving in the shower so things have to be put on the floor, the toilet is too close to the sink - you really struggle and we only got 1 key between us.... On the second day I called Pepe to ask for an iron and he stated the hotel does not have one. I then called back to ask for the wifi password as we forgot to take the information sheet with us. He answered the phone with a "yes" I thought that was so rude and when I asked him about the wifi it was like I was asking him to come and personally type it in my phone. He said "it's on the information sheet", I let him know that we forgot to take it, he told me twice what it was and was getting fed up of me asking as I couldn't understand what he was saying. In the end my friend just went to reception to get it. We also let the Pepe know that one drink was missing from the mini bar, he said he would make a note, the next day I let someone else know, she said it wasnt on the system so she said she will let house keeping know. The breakfast, pretty awful. Some chocolate or custard croissants, cheese, meat, bread, boiled egg, tea bags, orangeade and another kind of drink! There is a counter where you need to ask for tea and coffee, the tea they only give you the hot water then you have to get your tea bag, not sure sure if they use milk but I always needed to ask for some milk! The reception staff are something unbelievable, it was like you were being a burden when asking anything. Coming in and out of the main door, you need to wait for someone to come and open it so you end up standing outside until someone comes along. The only 3 good things about this hotel, the hairdryer was powerful as was the shower and it was quite central to get to places and we felt perfectly safe at night walking around as it's a huge student area so there was always people about. On checking out, the receptionist asked about our stay, I gave her a very vague, it was ok. She said, if the stay was good if I could write a review if not then no! I couldn't believe a hotel would say something like that! I would only stay here if I wanted a bed for the night with no frills but I cannot recommend this hotel other than the location.

Nice on the surface, but disappointing overallThe hotel looks nice on the outside - the furniture and space seems new and modern, and well designed. But there were a number of critical issues just below the surface: 1. Wi-Fi didn't work our entire stay. Couldn't even see the network when we were in our room on the 4th floor. 2. Our bathroom smelled like sewage. 3. We were told breakfast was served from 7-10am, but when we got down there at 9:20am most of the food was gone - no eggs, no meat, no cheese, only a few pastries. When we asked, we were told all of these items were no longer available. We had to buy a breakfast at a cafe when we expected it to be covered in our rental. 4. Bathrooms in the lobby didn't work. Some sinks didn't work, some stalls were out of toilet paper. The one redeeming quality is that the location is great - very central to everything you could want to visit. For a stay of 1 night in Naples, that ended up being very convenient, but not worth it for a longer stay.

THIEVESi left my car for 2 days, but before one our I came back to move it to a closer parking to my appartment, If I didn't pay for the all the journey, 25 , they didn't give me my keys back. there was a big poster with prices per hour, day, month... This was my first impression in Napoli. AWFUL, I HAVE CHECKED OTHER REVIEWS FOR THE PARKING AND THE HOTEL, REALLY BAD. They treat really bad tourists, taking advantage. UNHONEST STAFF, AWFUL ORGANISATION AND BAD ATTITUDE TOWARDS FOREIGNERS.

Great Place to StayWe stayed at this hotel for a night and thought it was great. We were a little bit worried because some of the tripadvisor reviews were negative but we had a very different experience. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The guy running the coffee shop was particularly nice feeding us lots of coffee after our long early morning journey to Naples. The staff behind the desk were also great. There is also an amazing swimming pool. It is used for a couple of hours in the late afternoon by the on site gym to provide swimming lessons for local kids but the hotel staff kindly arranged for some of the pool to be cordoned off so we could have a swim with our son. They also helped us with local orientation and booked our early morning taxi to the airport. They couldnt have been nicer. Finally, location wise, it could not be better. Right in the middle of things and surrounded by great restaurants, bars and shops.

Not a traditional hotel but suited our needsI was nervous about our two night stay here due to previous reviews. I had chosen the hotel based on it being central, having large family bedrooms and the swimming pool (having a 5 and a 12 year old)! Its true that the space is more of a fitness centre with rooms, rather than a hotel with a fitness centre. However our bedrooms were really spacious, very clean, comfortable beds and noise was not an issue. What is an issue if youre expecting unrestricted access to the pool, is the really very restricted hours you are able to use it as guests. When we were there it was only available for 4 hours per day and two of these were 8-10pm! However the staff were very friendly and the breakfast is really fine. We did not experience the issues described by other reviewers. In summary if you adjust your expectations and do not expect the traditional hotel experience this is a great central accommodation option.
