  Worst hotel ever

  The hotel was nasty but I was on family rate so I stayed. Took 3 rooms because of the roaches. Then I was booked for smoking and got a non smoking rm do I had to go outside to smoke. Then it offered breakfast but I was allowed to eat because of my rate. After all this the hotel manager said I stole blankets which I did not. He's trying to stop my family member from using her employee rate. It's funny how both managers are from India. Worst hotel EVER.

  It's a ok hotel

  It's ok. The owner rude but Ms. Valeria is nice and always sweet. I think if it wasn't for her I wouldn't keep coming there... They need some security around at nite to much funny activity be going on.

  Horrid

  First I realize this is not the ritz but the WiFi was not working and the person at front desk just didnt seem to care. I was told some devices work and some dont. Then while in bed I kept getting bit by something so now I have insect bites all over my legs. Lastly in the morning a mouse decided to show up in the bathroom. I will not be back.

  Not my choice the next time

  The place needed updating quite a bit. From the road in the dark it looked like a nice place, and I was tired, but I probably will not stay again. The help at the front desk was very nice. When I saw the room I considered cancelling it, but I was too tired.

  Unsafe & filthy

  It is right off the highway & advertises remodeled rooms what a joke! The carpet hasnt been vacuumed in a decade. I came out of my dingy room to find 3 men sitting in the hall outside my door. Later there was someone having a fight. I bolted my door scared to death. Slept in my clothes & didnt get in that shower (plus I only had one towel & no wash cloth). I wrote Choice Hotels & go a thanks for your feedback email. Now that Ive seen these reviews its obvious they know about this franchise & dont care.
