  Luxurious for the price

  We stopped in here after a late night with friends in Des Moines on our way back west. This was an excellent roadside stop. Hotel amenities for a motel price. Very strong WiFI and comfortable beds at this roadside stop.

  This hotel is right off I 80, and has parking for an RV friendly helpful staff very nice spacious room with tv and king bed. wifi worked too nice hot breakfast with waffles and hard cooked eggs, yum close to convenience store to get snacks very memorable experience here, thanks !

  Eastbound transit

  We stayed there 2 years ago and had a most wonderful stay with Greg and Grace. We toured the town (known as the antique capital of Iowa) and viewed sights recommended by Greg. The hotel is under new ownership but front desk was pleasant and helpful. The location is quick on/off the highway. There are laundry facilities if one needs to get clothing washed. The rooms are clean and QUIET! Lots of hot water for showers. Small refrigerator in room. Beds were comfortable and clean as were the pillows. We left too early (about 4am) for breakfast, as we had a long day ahead of us. We would stay there again if the opportunity presents itself.

  Easy exit off major highway - super friendly and clean room

  I didn't want to spend the night at an Econo Lodge because of previous bad experiences, but it was raining, dark, and detoured off I-29 onto I-80 (because of flooding) and i'd been driving for 6 hours. I pulled in and was very pleasantly surprised at the condition of this particular Econo Lodge. Very clean, easy access, decent breakfast, friendly and helpful welcome. Highly recommend this budget priced hotel. Exceeded expectations and great price.

  Proprieter knows the meaning of true hospitality

  It was 11:30pm. We had missed the last exit in Council Bluffs and had already checked at 3 other exits. The host didn't have a regular room available, but graciously rented us the room his family uses when they are there. Comfortable large king bed, QUIET, and a total godsend due to how tired we were, having driven from Colorado that day. I don't know the man's name, but he was the epitomy of kindness.
